Hello,You were gracious to invite us to participate in your RFP process and we are excited to provide this response for the Opening Session. We have carefully studied your brand and RFP, and it is clear that Sherwin-Williams wants more than just a production supplier. You want a true partner who will collaborate and coordinate with your internal team, listen to and implement your team’s best ideas, and bring innovative ideas to the table. Thus, we have peppered this proposal with a selection of creative ideas that are, by no means, meant to be conclusive but rather cohesive in terms of a synergistic approach, consistent message, and a connected experience. We want to give you a feel for what it would be like to have us as your partner. We thrive on collaboration and our experience has clearly demonstrated that the more we collaborate with our clients – melding our skills and expertise with theirs – the better the outcome. This collaborative spirit has compelled us to look broadly at how best to offer you a world-class, holistic approach to develop an inspiring creative solution resulting in a total event experience.MGME is comprised of a team of expert professionals who have honed their craft in experiential strategy, creative direction, and production and we are confident we are a great match for your iconic brand. We are so excited to present you with our ideas for your TAG NSM Opening Session and we look forward to moving further along in your selection process.Steve BailenClient Development Director, MGMEWarm Regards, AmplifyingSuccessTogetherSteve Bailen

Our Approach

Page 6

The Assignment: Bring a fresh perspective and approach to your National Sales Meeting 2026How we’re going to do that:• One Unified Sherwin-Williams Experience, Not Four. Create one cohesive experience across all four locations, ensuring every attendee feels "spoken to" by your executive team.• Like No Other. Develop a unique show flow and approach to the agenda with one goal in mind: Make it unforgettable. • Involve The Attendees. Deploy interactive elements at all locations designed for entertainment and education. • Seamlessly Connect All Four Locations. Launch an exciting design element lovingly called the Sherwin-Williams Innovation Connector, or S.W.I.C., to unite the four venues. But more about that later...

Page 7

Four venues. Four audiences. One common goal. We've developed an animated device that will unite all four locations, unifying the messages, speakers, and excitement. Meet the Sherwin-Williams Innovation Connector, or S.W.I.C. S.W.I.C., an animated paint stroke that embodies the spirit and creativity of Sherwin-Williams, will move between the screens, painting imagery representing RESIDENTIAL, INDUSTRIAL, and COMMERCIAL segments. It will also "fly" off to kick off the show at the next location. How it works:• SWIC will playfully move between the canvases and screens.• It will paint the screens, spreading colors like a living mural.• When it’s time to move on, SWIC will flow seamlessly across the screens and "travel" to the next location. • Ideally, S.W.I.C. will digitally "paint" and fly through the entire space, including the set design and screens. One Unified Meeting. Not Four Separate Venues.

Page 8

To connect all four locations and make the attendees feel represented, we'll work with a local aviation and safety team to shuttle the TAG President between venues using an executive helicopter. MGME engaged property directors, as well as local aviation and vertical air travel safety teams, to calculate the logistics of the transport. • Obtain clearance and helipad locations from the venues.• Work with local aviation authorities, safety experts, and air travel providers to ensure proof of concept. • Establish proper safety protocols and standards for executive flight.• Develop on-the-ground travel logistics between helipads and venue rooms. Getting The TAG President To Each Venue

Page 9

Swan & Dolphin ResortOrlando World Center MarriottGaylord Palms ResortRosen Shingle Creek ResortTAG President Flight Plan

Page 10

To ensure timely and efficient travel, our first option to transfer the TAG President between all hotels is by helicopter. Our licensed aviation provider and the vertical aviation safety team will coordinate all logistics, including flight scheduling, permits, and safety protocols. Transfers between helipads and hotels will be arranged for seamless transitions, with our team overseeing all communication to ensure smooth, punctual operations. Landing areas are subject to each hotel’s approval.Estimated transfer times:• Marriott World Center to Gaylord Palms (2-3 mins)• Gaylord Palms to Swan & Dolphin Resort (2-3 mins)• Swan & Dolphin Resort to Rosen Shingle Creek (7-8 mins)Alternative PlansOrange County Sheriff’s Police EscortAs an alternative, we recommend black car transfers with a police escort to ensure the TAG President's timely movement while avoiding potential delays from Orlando traffic. A luxury vehicle will be provided, with a police motorcade to clear routes and facilitate smooth passage through congested areas. This option allows for greater flexibility in scheduling and avoids weather-related issues. Our team will coordinate all logistics with local authorities to ensure a secure, efficient, and discreet transfer between each location.Suggested PlanWe have suggestions for alternative transport options should there be any concerns around the helicopter transport.LivestreamIf the helicopter or police escort is not an option, we could always do a livestream of the President from one of the locations. While this wouldn't provide an in-person appearance during the program, it would still allow him to seamlessly address the alternative locations and deliver remarks from another site, making it a memorable moment for everyone!

Page 11

To help create a fun storyline around the TAG President’s transport, we have four ideas to create three video segments that would play when the TAG President leaves each venue.MarathonWith each venue, the TAG President grows stronger. Gregarious hosts in a broadcast booth emcee and provide traffic updates. The course can take them through swamps, I-Drive, and crowds of theme park visitors.Mission ImpossibleThe TAG President will enter each venue differently but in Mission Impossible-style to keep things fresh. A team of "tech experts" will serve as hosts to maintain the story and keep the show moving.Professional Security TeamWe’ll show them being escorted between venues by limo or helicopter using stock footage. Tactics experts monitor their progress and manage challenges to keep things running smoothly.Depending on your event's theme and the personality of the TAG President, we can create a story around the move between venues, adding an entertainment factor to the event. Jetpack PropEvery time the TAG President arrives, they’re wearing props inspired by things from the sky—like bird feathers, balloons, or an airplane banner. An Air Traffic Control team will serve as hosts, giving updates and providing coverage.

Picture it: Orlando, January 2026...Across all four venues, music fills the air as the doors open at the Marriott World Center, Gaylord Palms, Swan & Dolphin, and Rosen Shingle Creek. The lighting is set, and all the screens are branded to reflect the theme of your program. Your attendees start to fill the room, wearing their customized LED Sherwin-Williams wristbands. The energy of the room begins to rise. Attendees can scan the QR code on the wristbands to access a customized microsite that will display fun and interactive elements throughout the event. Imagine an epic "color wave" as audience members sway in unison while waving their colored wristbands. The action from each location will be simulcast to unite the audiences in shared moments.

Page 15

Once a quorum of attendees has gathered, we’ll kick off with an interactive trivia competition, live across all four venues. Attendees can participate via their mobile devices, with easy access through scannable QR codes displayed on the screens. A cross-location leaderboard will encourage friendly competition, and the trivia content will be customized to reflect your brand, programs, including general knowledge questions to keep the energy high and the audience engaged.Audience Engagement: Color Me A Winner!

Page 16

Throughout each of the four venue rooms, a custom swag-delivery robot, accompanied by a brand ambassador, will move among the attendees, offering fun swag giveaways to surprise and delight. Its unpredictable movements will keep the audience wondering who’s the next lucky winner!Audience Engagement: Live Swag Giveaway

Page 17

Brand Ambassadors will randomly choose people in their seats and hand them swag items. The attendees are directed to pass the items in one direction while a song plays. The person holding the swag when the music stops gets to keep it. Along the way, the custom Sherwin-Williams LED wristbands will light up in synch with the music. Audience Engagement: A Musical Swag Giveaway

Page 18

Outside each venue, a pre-show host will welcome attendees on a custom Sherwin-Williams “spectrum” carpet, selecting guests to walk the carpet and engage in brief interviews. These interviews, highlighting attendees' excitement for the event and featuring custom scripted questions about the brand, will be broadcast to all locations so participants can connect with fellow attendees across venues. This is another way we intend to unite four audiences. Audience Engagement: Live Pre-Show Interviews

Music begins to fill the room... Spotlights canvas the stage to build anticipation...

Onto Gaylord PalmsThe TAG President takes the stage to deliver his welcome address, covering the prior year’s results. This speech will be streamed live to the other three venue locations.Upon wrapping up his remarks, he will exit to a transport video, and then comes the moment of fun! The TAG President is whisked from the stage by our team to a waiting helicopter. He will then head off to the Gaylord Palms. We will ensure that logistics on the ground and in the air are carefully coordinated and safe to guarantee he gets to his locations on time.

Page 28

Drum up the energyThe environment comes alive with a driving drumbeat. LED Drummers enter the room and stage. Their drumbeat thunders through the venue. The other three venues see and hear this on their feed as well. S.W.I.C., having entertained the previous audience, will zoom into the first screen. In time with the music, S.W.I.C. will again "paint" the screens creating the content. The wristbands will glow in time with the choreography. At the conclusion, a voiceover will introduce the TAG President, now live on stage at the Gaylord Palms, for his next set of remarks, which will be streamed to all locations as well. After concluding his remarks, the second transition transport video will play, setting the stage for the Swan and Dolphin Resort event.

S.W.I.C. will appear on the first screen and paint the surface revealing content. Then in tune with the performance, S.W.I.C. will zoom to the next screen, painting it, then off to the final screen. The content on the screens will be driven by the theme, Sherwin-Williams teams and musical performance. At the conclusion of the entertainment, the third transition transport video will play, throwing it to Rosen Shingle Creek.

Once the Retiree segment concludes, the final act and S.W.I.C. will begin.

Page 36

The Grand FinaleBring the energy, amplify the excitement. This is it—the grand finale! Working closely with the Sherwin-Williams team, and the choreographers, we'll develop a performance that punctuates the NSL, combining the performers and S.W.I.C. to work beautifully with the theme and tempo of the final show.

Page 37

The TAG President will be able to deliver his final message and closing remarks, which will be streamed to all locations, and he may even want to do check ins with each location to ensure everyone stays connected all the way to the end of the evening. As his speech concludes, the lights will brighten, the screens will return to the event’s thematic design, and attendees will transition from their venues to the evening reception, ready to celebrate and network. With the final appearance of the TAG President live on stage at the Rosen Shingle Creek at the end of the final S.W.I.C. video we will have our final remarks.

Page 38

Alternative Theme Idea

Page 39

We believe strongly in the S.W.I.C. as a unifier approach, but we also want to show that we think of many ideas when ideating for our clients. This theme could be in lieu of the SWIC concept and would be tailored an accompanied by coordinating video and entertainment moments that would highlight your history and takes a different visual approach.

Page 40

A Holographic JourneyOur story begins with a narrator instructing the audience to put on their custom-branded 3D glasses placed on their seats. The rooms darken, and the screen comes alive with a glowing globe that zooms into Cleveland, Ohio, where a single spark ignites and appears to leap off the screen, thanks to the 3D effects. As a dancer gracefully captures the spark, the journey through Sherwin-Williams’ history unfolds. The narrator recounts the company’s origins and evolution, with holographic style projections depicting the founders and key moments, from its formation in 1866 to innovations in paint technology. Throughout, performers interact with holographic elements, guiding the company’s story as it progresses through four distinct chapters. Each segment, performed live at different hotel locations, culminates in an illuminated portal that allows the TAG President or presenter to step through, seamlessly transitioning from the past to the future of Sherwin-Williams.

Page 42

Simulcast Technology

Page 43

MGME, drawing on our simulcast experience, would assemble a control room for the simulcast at one of the venue properties, that would be the main point of contact for all four venues streaming content. In addition, at each location, a streaming lead would work in conjunction with the General Session producer and technical team to coordinate the feed and send of cross-venue content for the opening session, leveraging existing video production gear in place for the General Sessions. We will also have cross-location communication systems in place to ensure a smooth program run.Content would be sent to and from each location throughout the program through streaming technology. Internet services and redundancies would be needed to ensure smooth and reliable programming. Control Room

You asked how we work with clients and ensure strong communications and manage expectations. We do that through our management processes. We ensure it by working very collaboratively and staying in constant communication with the client and granting visibility of the process. Develop and manage a production budget by setting initial allocations, tracking monthly spending, keeping bi-weekly timesheets, and reconciling billing to ensure on-budget program delivery. If budget changes develop, they are communicated quickly with the client and approval is sought.Create and manage pre-event production and onsite staffing plans to ensure efficient and effective staffing for the program.Establish and oversee a production timeline to ensure all deadlines are met and the program is delivered on schedule. The timeline is regularly updated and is a shared calendar with the client.Travel to/participate in at least one (1) team site visit. This allows key project members to know the event space, limitations, and be in alignment with client and partners.Touchbase calls and creative reviews at regular intervals from project award up to four months prior to the event. Filesharing platforms are created to allow for easy file exchange and to ensure all are working on same assets and files.Bi-Weekly Meetings with client stakeholders and other partners of the client starting at least four months out from the event date. These meetings move to weekly meetings two months out from the event date.A playbook of the program is created, maintained and shared with client detailing all aspects of the production throughout the planning process.
