How we do it We equip churches to bringtransformation to their communities in several ways:Life and Hope in JesusZOE Med TeamsCommunity SafteyInitaitiveZOE GO TeamsChurch PartnershipsEducating & Equipping
ZOE Med Teams16ZOE Med Teams provide high-impact medical clinics alongside our global partners, creating a vital bridge betweenthe community and the local church. Each clinic is designed tomeet the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs ofevery person we encounter, opening doors for conversationsand connections that point to the life-giving hope of Jesus. What makes ZOE Hope distinct is our holistic approach to care. While often the focus is only on physical and spiritual needs, ZOE Hope goes a step further by also addressing emotional wellbeing.
CSI Community SafetyInitiative16This intentional focus is what drives our Community Safety Initiative (CSI). During our clinics, patients are screened forsigns of abuse, trauma, or vulnerability. By asking a fewsimple questions, we can quickly identify those in need.Individuals who are at risk are invited into a restorativediscipleship program through the local partner church, and are paired with a trained “Hero,” a trusted mentor and friend. Using workbooks created by ZOE Hope, participants aretaught self-regulation techniques and Biblical truths that helpthem begin to rewrite their stories, discovering Life and Hope in Jesus.
ZOE GO Teams16Our ZOE Go Teams come alongside the communities we serve, meeting people at their point of need, buildingmeaningful relationships, and working shoulder to shoulder. These shared experiences strengthen both the communitiesand our teams, growing faith, deepening understanding, and uniting us as the body of Christ.Watch for our ZOE Go Trips in 2025!

Ibrahim‘s wife came through clinic and asked if we couldmake a house call to her husband. She explained that hehad a stroke two years prior, had been bedridden sincethen and could not get to clinic. Members of our teamwent to Ibrahim’s house not knowing what to expect.Patients who are bedridden often have bedsores, extrememuscle weakness, and are generally unkept. However, whatwe found was a freshly bathed man whose skin was ingreat condition! Clearly, he had a wife that took good careof him. It took the muscle of three team members to assisthim to sit on the side of the bed. After fastening a gait beltimprovised from a fanny pack, we were able to transferhim into a chair; the first time he had been out of bed fortwo years! He was happy but exhausted and so weassisted him back into bed. The following day, we returned armed with exercisesprovided by a previous team member who is a physicaltherapist. He was shown exercises his family could helphim with to regain strength and mobility. Impact StoriesZANZIBARLife and Hope in Jesus
Every day we returned, and every day he was overjoyedwith his progress, lighting up the room with his smile.Throughout the week he got stronger and more confident. The Olympics were often playing on the TV while we were with him, and we encouraged him that he was in training. Heloved that! Within a few days, we had him up and walking from hisroom to the front door and back. His wife was learning towalk alongside him with a homemade gait belt for safety.Towards the end of the week his two sons joined us andwere amazed with his progress. Our last day with Ibrahimand his family was bittersweet. We were overjoyed by hisprogress, and the relationship we built over the week waspowerful. The greatest joy came when Ibrahim and his entirefamily said yes to Jesus. Be part of the storyFromphysicalhealing to eternalhope!
PHILIPPINESIn the Philippines, our governmental and church partners, were deeply concerned by the high number of sexual andphysical abuse cases identified through CSI (a pattern weoften see in many countries). In response, the City’s SocialWelfare and Development Office launched an AdvocacyCampaign and Training Initiative.Additionally, they have begun the process of repurposing ahalfway house as a safe haven for several of the most urgentCSI cases. This safe house, overseen by the City SocialWelfare and Development Office, serves as a place forrestoration and development. Social workers are activelyusing CSI workbooks with identified individuals andcollaborating with healthcare workers as needed.Jesus came to Give
Furthermore, the Negros Economic DevelopmentFoundation has pledged to assist in conducting livelihoodtraining for future residents identified as vulnerable. This initiative provides a pathway to long-term stability and self-sufficiency.This is an example of the impact our Community SafetyInitiative has had in many countries. We are grateful thatthe CSI component of our Medical Teams helpscommunities recognize and respond to overlookedemotional needs. By raising awareness, providingguidance, and encouraging follow-up, CSI empowers localelders to support those in need and create lasting change.ZOE Hope has the opportunity to continue bringingawareness to communities and churches, equipping them to engage, grow, and connect more effectively withthose in need. His Life - ΖΩΗ
What started as a mission to rescue two women trapped inabuse and trafficking, grew into the greater challenge ofconfronting the exploitation of young Maasai girls andtransforming their futures. Rather than being seen asliabilities, these young girls deserve the opportunity tobecome valued members of their families and communities. It was during a medical mission in Pastor Peter’s village thatwe recognized the urgent need for long-term solutions. Withour guidance, leadership development, and financial support,Pastor Peter was able to establish New Hope Church andCommunity Center, a project under ZOE Hope Global.Through this initiative, we are working alongside New Hopeto fulfill, their mission which involves realigning communitieswith Biblical principles, mentoring local pastors across 21regions, and fostering spiritual and educational growth.Peter’s efforts in discipleship, social justice, and communitydevelopment reflect his dedication to spreading the Gospeland cultivating a new generation of leaders for the Kingdom. His work, deeply rooted in Biblical values, aims to leave alasting legacy of change and hope.Read more about New Hope, its initiatives, Pastor Peter and his wife Nashipai @WWW.NEWHOPETANZANIA.COMTANZANIA
Be part of the storyTANZANIATANZANIAAfter purchasing 8.5 acres of land in Tanzania in 2023, wehave spent the past year and a half working closely with aTanzanian attorney and carefully vetting multiplecontractors. We are thrilled to announce that we have nowsecured a contractor to begin construction on the NewHope Tanzania campus. In December 2023, we reached amajor milestone by having water piped onto the property. We are excited to begin building the Neema Lodge. A hugeshout out to Grace Community Church for making thatpossible. We will also construct a security fence around theproperty and begin work on a multi-purpose pavilion. Thispavilion will serve as a vital space for various communityevents, including sports programs, youth activities, andconferences, among many other gatherings. DRAFT
Used as a servant in her ownhome, she was deprived of careand dignity. With the support ofour partners, we were able tosend Neema to The PlasterHouse for medical treatment and healing. From there, she was accepted at the Maasai Girls Rescue Center, where shehas flourished. Today, she is no longer the hurtand withdrawn young girl weonce met. Instead, she is avibrant young woman whosmiles with confidence, haslearned valuable cooking skills, and now works at the very home that once sheltered her.A Place of Grace and Healing“Neema” means grace in Swahili, a name deeply significantto both our mission and the people who have inspired it.Grace Community Church has been a faithful partner inraising funds to build Neema Lodge, and the name Neemaholds special meaning for us. In 2021, we met a young girlnamed Neema at one of our medical clinics. She hadsuffered unimaginable abuse and neglect by her family. Shewas epileptic and, as a result, had repeatedly fallen intoopen fires. When we met her, she had severe burns coveringone side of her body, from head to foot. TANZANIANeema Lodge

A member of one of ourpartner churches, Thomas and his wife, along with their two children, once livedunder a tree without shelter andstruggled to afford enough food.Through this program, we were able toemploy Thomas, providing him with ahome to live in, a small stipend and asupply of goat milk to nourish his family. While poverty is widespread, somewomen face even greater hardship, leaving them exceptionallyvulnerable. Through this initiative,we have been able to gift some ofthese women with goats, providingthem not only with a sustainablesource of milk for nourishment butalso the opportunity to build asmall herd. This opens the door forself-sufficiency, whether by feedingtheir families or establishing a smallbusiness, offering hope in the midstof struggle.TANZANIAAs the Maasai rely heavily on goat milk and meat for sustenance, this opportunity has been a tremendous blessing, offering bothstability and hope in addition to helping Thomas and his family, the Adopt a Goat program has helped at risk women within theMaasai community at New Hope Tanzania.
