CHILDWATCHChild Watch is free childcare for members while workingout. Both Ys offer free childcare for members with afamily membership. Our childcare areas have activitiesand crafts designed for appropriate age groups. All staffare trained in Safety, CPR, and First Aid. Ages for Child Watch are from 8 weeks – 9 years.There is a two-hour time limit per family per day.Reservations are required. Students learn traditional Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate & practicalself-defense in this program. Over time, coordination will improvealong with self-confidence, discipline, and self-respect.
