To that end, self-assessment is a process of clarifying passions, purpose and/or a “personal brand.” Self-assessment tools include activities that illuminate values, skills, strengths, personal preferences and communication styles, as they relate interpersonal development and increased self-awareness. In this highly interactive workshop, college bound students (ages 15 and older) will learn how to create their personal brand and debrief their individual results from the CliftonStrengths assessment instrument. In using the CliftonStrengths personalized report(s), workshop participants will be better informed to position their unique narrative and to help them realize their talents and strengths to better guide their college application process, from essay writing to interview preparation.
