A few gentle stirs before being left to mature for 3months in clay. Strikingly exotic, complex aromas:Turkish delight, sweet cherry and orange, rose petalswith a spicy edge reminiscent of cinnamon. The palate isdry, soft and savoury with a delicious spiciness beforefinishing clean.
