Ainsworth Property (A-P) have come together to create a specialist retail team with unrivalled experience and knowledge of the Australian retail landscape, particularly shopping centres, mixed use developments and CBD/metro retail. Prior to founding Ainsworth Property, Zelman spent his last 16 years specialising in retail leasing in Victoria, running CBRE’s Retail Leasing business in Victoria. His high levels of energy, passion and creative thinking has allowed him to become a true leader and visionary in the Melbourne retail market. Zelman has worked with a wide range of retailers and landlords, which has enhanced his depth of knowledge, experience and relationships within the wider Australian property market. Zelman has hosted interviews with Australia’s more notable retailers including Fendi, Gucci, Cartier, YSL, Balenciaga, TAG, Uniqlo, Sandhill Group (Garden State), San Telmo, Pastuso, Movida, St Ali, Code Black, Vapiano, Aus Venue Co, Rockpool Dining Group during the 2020/2021 lockdown period, and ultimately successfully keeping the market connected and well informed, The series has demonstrated Zelman’s reach and genuine relationships.
