SANJAY’S STORY.Dr. Sanjay Batra obtained his PhD in medicalphysiology from the University of Ottawa, Canadaand completed post-doctoral training in Japan andSwitzerland. He is a Fellow of the American Collegeof Cardiology and also a former Adjunct Professor atthe Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine. Sanjay has 25 years of global healthcare andentrepreneurial experience in start-ups, biotech andlarge pharma including 10 years in the Johnson &Johnson family of companies, culminating as VicePresident, R&D Pharmaceuticals, Asia-Pacific andJapan. In his career Dr. Batra has been directlyinvolved in over 80 clinical trials in all phases ofdevelopment. He started VIAS Partners in 2013 withthe aspiration to take his diverse experiences andglobal network to partner with entrepreneurs andcompanies to advance their business with value,innovation and strategy.
AMY’S STORY.Amy Batra received her Bachelor of BusinessAdministration in Marketing from TempleUniversity – graduating with honors. She has 20years of experience in start-up companies andbig pharma including companies such asBausch & Lomb, Sanofi Aventis, Merz andJohnson & Johnson. Her core expertiseincludes aesthetics, dermatology,regenerative and functional medicine in rolesranging from sale professional to management.She successfully developed and launched newproducts and created a highly successfulmodel for physician training under ContinuingMedical Education (CME). Over the last 10years, she has worked side-by-side with herhusband and business partner, Sanjay Batra.
