Facts about the RacingLegend Wendell Scott The Story of Wendell Scott’s First Winwas December 1, 1963 at Jacksonville200, Speedway Park.• Wendell Scott started from the 15th spotLed 27 laps in the raceBuck Baker originally declared the winner.
