Writing ProcessBespoke day focused on the author and deciding on the vision for the book. Culminating in a full treatment and outline with clear goals for the book.VIP Book DevelopmentAll content for the book is collected through a series of interviews scheduled with the author. A preview chapter will be sent for voice check. Then the first draft of the manuscript is written. Author Interviews & First DraftHand off meeting delivers the first draft and explains how to review the manuscript and give feedback.Target date for return is 1-2 weeks.Author Review of First draft
Editorial ProcessManuscript is revised and thoroughly edited for accuracy (spelling, punctuation, grammar & usage), clarity & flow. Copy Edits & Second DraftManuscript is returned to author for final fact-checking and feedback. Any outstanding images or citations will need to be finalized by this stage.Fact Checking & Final FeedbackManuscript is checked for consistency, new feedback is incorporated, and full document is prepared for formatting.Final Manuscript Edit
Design & Publishing ProcessAuthor preferences for cover design are discussed and guidance given. Cover iterations continue throughout the earlier writing process. Metadata for the book is collected and entered into ISBN database.Cover Design & Metadata Entire manuscript is expertly designed to professional standards, including copyright page, front and back matter.Interior Layout & FormattingPublishingFully-formatted book will be made available for purchase on Amazon.com as a print-on-demand book. Guidance and assistance may be provided for additional printing and distribution options as discussed.
