Page 31

Yacht ReviewReview the water toys onboard as well as how to safely useeach. Ensure guests know what water toys are available early in thecharter. Repeatedly ask guests if you can pull out water toysfor them, reiterate what is available, and discuss when duringthe itinerary they will be in a good location to use them andwhat sea conditions are necessary. uring the pre-charter call, you can discuss toys and amenitiesregularly and gauge interest in water toys. Even if they say theyhave no interest in paddle boarding, you can still mention ifyou're in a location ideal for paddle boarding (such as calmwater) because sometimes people change their minds in themoment. The goal is to avoid a scenario where they complain thatsomething isn't available as described in the brochure, but inreality, they never asked for it. Anyone with long hair will need to tie their hair back if they areusing the sea scooters.WATER TOYS
