We have prepareda Welcome Aboard Brochure that details information on what to expect while on charter that will help youprepare for your vacation. That link can be found here: https://simplebooklet.com/welcomeaboardboatname Prior to your charter, we find it helpful to arrange a call to make introductions, review your preference sheet, answer any questions and confirm logistics. Introduction CallG O O G L E M E E T !The call is your chance to really get to know the guests and buildupon the information they provide to prepare an itinerary, menu andactivities. Also be sure to cover whether they will need for you to arrange forground transportation to and from the yacht if this was missing orunclear on the preference sheet.Once you have received a reply from your guests regarding theiravailability it is time to jump on a call!

Page 15

We can arrange transportation to and from our yachts. You will need to arrangefor a land and/or water taxi depending upon the situation and where the guestsare traveling from. The cost would need to be covered by the guests. The same will apply when the guests depart, we will need to have arranged fora land taxi to pick them up from the yacht and take them to the airport and/ortheir prearranged water taxi. Our Base Manager can help to arrange these services.AS THE CHARTER NEARS! Arrangements for Transportation

AS THE CHARTER NEARS! Yacht ReadinessEnsure the yacht has had both an interior, as well as an exterior clean, she isprovisioned, laundered and looking her best.More information on this can be found in the appendix. Cabins should be outfit with a DCB giveaway. We also like to have fresh flowers onboard in the salon as a welcome to guests. The alternative is to keep potted flowers onboard, for instance orchids, and thenmove the orchids to the salon when guests arrive.

We do allow toiletpaper to be flushed, so ensure thatguests know that four squares per flushis all the toilet can handle. Note that toilet paper is the only thingthat can be flushed, no wipes, no tissues. And if there is a problem, to let thecaptain know.H E A D S

Page 31

Yacht ReviewReview the water toys onboard as well as how to safely useeach. Ensure guests know what water toys are available early in thecharter. Repeatedly ask guests if you can pull out water toysfor them, reiterate what is available, and discuss when duringthe itinerary they will be in a good location to use them andwhat sea conditions are necessary. uring the pre-charter call, you can discuss toys and amenitiesregularly and gauge interest in water toys. Even if they say theyhave no interest in paddle boarding, you can still mention ifyou're in a location ideal for paddle boarding (such as calmwater) because sometimes people change their minds in themoment. The goal is to avoid a scenario where they complain thatsomething isn't available as described in the brochure, but inreality, they never asked for it. Anyone with long hair will need to tie their hair back if they areusing the sea scooters.W A T E R T O Y S
