YOUR PAY AND YOUR LEAVESome handy information about your weekly pay and your leave..At Cater Plus we like to give everyone the best tools we can. Two of our reallyawesome tools are Droppah (for waged team members) and PayHero, whichbetween them allow you to record your time, request any leave, track your leavebalances, and view your payslips. DROPPAHFor our waged team members, you will beinvited to log in to Droppah for the firsttime by one of our payroll team. Droppah is where you will clock in at thestart of your shift and clock out at the endof your shift, using a tablet placed at yoursite or office. This information is sent toPayroll so they can process your pay. Once you’ve created your Droppah loginyou will have access to Droppah anytimeyou need to via the Droppah App. The Droppah App allows you to view the roster and shift information, as well askeep you updated with any shift changes.We pay our team members weekly; your pay will appear in your bank account ona Wednesday afternoon. PAY HEROAll our new team members receive an invitation to log in to PayHero for the firsttime from one of our payroll team. PayHero is where you can view your payslips, apply for leave and check yourleave balances. We hope you find using theseawesome tools really useful. If you have any payroll orleave queries, in the firstinstance please contact yourManager who should be ableto help you.

The Cater Plus Foundation is a charitable trust established in 2013 by founder PaulHodge to create opportunities for our community; firstly, for our people, ourindustry, and lastly for other people and organisations where we can make a realdifference. The Cater Plus Foundation help in lots of different ways, but below are some ofour initiatives and staff benefits. THE CATER SAVER SCHEME Cater Saver is a savings scheme which has been created by the Cater PlusFoundation to encourage and support a culture of saving for our people. You can join the scheme at any time by filling in the form available on the CaterPlus App.HOW IT WORKS: You choose a weekly amount to save into your Cater Saver which isdeducted from your weekly wages. This can be as little or as much as youlike. This money is kept on your behalf by the Cater Plus Foundation and can bepaid to you at any time when requested. The Cater Plus Foundation will pay you an extra 10% bonus on the amountsaved up to $1000.00. Please read the information provided in youremployment pack for specific terms and conditions. STAFF LOANS When you have worked for Cater Plus for 6 months, you are eligible to apply foran interest free loan. Interest free loans are made to assist team members and their families in financialhardship, emergencies or to pursue opportunities otherwise not available tothem. Application forms are available from your Operations Manager or you candownload from the Cater Plus App and submit to foundation@caterplus.co.nzYour interest free loan is paid back by a weekly deduction from your pay. MOUNT MAUNGANUI STAFF HOLIDAY APARTMENT Holidays matter. They are our lifeline to sanity, a chance to step away fromeveryday life and reconnect with the people we love; a time to relax, to be thereal us, or indeed to be whoever we want to be. And once the sand has beenwashed from the toes, holidays can leave us with a suitcase of life-long happymemories. Why not take advantage of the Cater Plus Apartment in Mount Maunganui. The average cost of staying in the apartments is $180 - $250 per night, your priceis only $40 per night for the full apartment plus a one off cleaning fee of $60.00. A fully contained apartment for up to 4 guests, it offers 2 bedrooms, access to spapools, a swimming pool, and a gym. A 10-minute walk to the beautiful MountBeach, popular for its surf, it’s also a 5-minute walk to Pilot Bay which offers calmwaters for paddleboarding and swimming. Our uniform ensures our team are all dressed in a way that represents theprofessional image of Cater Plus, whilst recognising the diversity of cultures andreligions of our people and our clients. It is also designed to prioritise the Health and Safety of our team and our clients.As our team members need to be wearing the site appropriate Cater Plus orCoffee Infusion uniform, when you start you will be issued with the appropriateuniform for your site. Our uniforms can all be worn with your own choice of full-length black trousers, ifyou are working in a food handling site, or for those working outside of foodhandling sites you can also choose to wear black three-quarter pants, black kneelength shorts or a black skirt. Name badges are a very important part of our uniform, helping us to connectwith each other and our clients so they need to be worn whenever and whereveryou are working.If you are at all unclear on what your uniform requirements are, our Dress Codeand Uniform Policy details what you need to be wearing dependant on whereyou are working.
