Boyes Turner LLP, Abbots House, Abbey Street, Reading RG1 3BD +44 (0)118 959 7711 www.boyesturner.com Useful Information When working from home and in the office the dress code of dress down/casual is acceptable. However, please dress for the occasion and if you have external meetings please dress appropriately. You may wear whatever you feel comfortable in provided it is smart e.g. jeans may be worn, but again the emphasis must be on ‘smart dress’. Shirts may be worn without ties etc. Footwear may be informal. If you are in any doubt as to the suitability of clothing in your practice group, please speak to your line manager or a member of HR who will provide guidance. Our dress down/casual dress code is: Relaxed, but tasteful. Jeans and T-shirts are acceptable but should be in a clean and neat condition, without lots of holes, stains, etc. In summer months shorts/trousers may be worn but must be to the knee in length or below the knee. It is preferred that you do not wear flip-flops or open toe shoes or walk around the office without footwear for health and safety reasons as we would not want anything dropped on feet/toes that would cause injury. If you choose to do so, please be aware that it is against the firm’s recommendation.
