When planning your timeline, arrangefor your bouquet and other florals to be delivered beforedetail shots.KEEPING IT ICE COLDDETAILS...BUY MORE SHOESPUT ‘EM TO WORKIf your photography sessions involve a lot of walking, consider bringing a comfortable pair of shoes if yourwedding day shoes are new or just not that comfortable.Enlist a friend or family member to record any speeches.Even if you've hired a videographer, asking a trustedfriend or relative to record the toasts/speeches on theirphone is a good idea.BE PRESENTSoak it all in. Your wedding day will be a crazy-beautifulwhirlwind: Be present. Take a minute now and then tobreathe, look at your shiny new spouse, and be in themoment. If you're not intentional about this, it will be tooeasy to get swept up in the schedule and miss the celebration. If your officiant is new to this, ask them ahead of time to getout of the frame during your first kiss. Unless they're aseasoned pro, many officiants will hang out awkwardly in thecenter, leading to unfortunate photos. They can even step tothe side before pronouncing you husband and wife!
