How do you deliver images FAQ s I shoot with a Canon 5D Mark IV and LOVE IT with a range of prime lenses What are your travel fees after your delivery date I charge a 1 mile travel fee outside a 35 mile travel radius of Madison WI Ask me about my destination wedding deals Do you retain all copyright Does that mean we can t share or print the photos How many images can we expect from our wedding or engagement session I provide all of my clients with a print release for unlimited usage rights This allows you to share your photos online and print them at the lab of your choice As the photographer I reserve the rights to use the photos for business use Do you require a deposit I require an 1 500 initial retainer at the time of booking This is the initial payment you will make after signing a wedding photography contract This initial retainer payment completes the booking process and is non refundable How do you accept payment I accept check card paypal and ACH payments Credit card payments will incur a processing fee of 3 I do not cut down each wedding or session to a specific number of photos You can expect around 80 images for every hour we are shooting together How long until we can expect to see our wedding photos I always share a sneak peek gallery within week a week of your wedding day Your full wedding gallery will be delivered in 8 10 weeks after your wedding day What do we do if it s raining at our engagment session or wedding day Rain is not always a bad thing I often love rainy day sessions they are so romantic I will have a few clear umbrellas on hand for my wedding clients to use with their portraits in case of rain If it looks like it will rain for your engagment session we can either embrace The Notebook vibes or reschedule for a later date It s up to you 18 of 28 19 of 28 2022 PRICING COLLECTIONS S A R A H K AY P H O T O G R A P H Y You will have access to all your wedding photos via an online private gallery You will be able to download your images in high resolution right to your desktop flash drive or mobile device Your online gallery allows you to download photos order prints create favorites lists and share to social media all in one place You online gallery will be available for 2 years What kind of equipment do you shoot with
