SFO HARVEY MILK TERMINAL 1 BOARDING AREA BSAN FRANCISCO, CASFO Harvey Milk Terminal 1 Boarding Area B is a tenant improvement project that features new secure connectors linking Boarding Area A through Boarding Area D and a unique customs secure connector between Boarding Area B and the International Terminal. The airfield layout's reconfiguration serves up to 25 gates, providing greater flexibility and international flight capacity for domestic and international travelers. Additionally, the terminal oers a galleria-style retail experience with unique artwork by local artists at the entrance. Open gate lounges blend with dining halls and museums, and a children's play area is integrated into a central lounge at the end of the pier. GENESIS MARINA TENANT IMPROVEMENTS – SPEC SUITES & AMENITIES BRISBANE, CAGenesis Marina is a steel commercial oce project by Skidmore, Owings, & Merrill. This project provides Class A laboratory, oce spaces, a restaurant, and commercial recreation spaces over a naturally-ventilated open parking structure. It includes three structures, each five-levels above a two-story podium garage. The project features a shared outdoor area that overlooks the San Francisco Bay. Genesis Marina is the world's first precertified TRUE Construction Site, recognizing its adherence to zero waste and circular economy principles. 300 KANSASSAN FRANCISCO, CA300 Kansas is a commercial manufacturing facility focusing on production, distribution, and repair (PDR). The structure has six levels, with five above grade and one below. 300 Kansas is an all-electric facility and expects to achieve LEED Gold certification. This goal is achieved by sourcing the building's electricity from 100% renewable energy sources and comprising the structure of low embodied carbon materials.The project includes subterranean parking with 40 stalls and electric vehicle charging. The project aimed to create an ultra-modern headquarters that reflected the company's commitment to craft, core values, and employee wellness.The oce space includes a combination of 102 private and shared workspaces, conference rooms with custom graphics and interactive glass, polished concrete floors, exposed ceilings, and biophilic design elements. The biophilic design incorporated natural elements into the space, such as living green walls and natural wood finishes, which promote a sense of well-being and connection to nature.In addition to the design elements, the project also included installing MEPF systems, finishes, doors, bathrooms, and window coverings. IMAX WEST COAST HEADQUARTERSPLAYA VISTA, CAThe IMAX West Coast Headquarters underwent an impressive interior build-out encompassing three levels of oce space, conference centers, state-of-the-art IMAX-equipped screening rooms, a formal pre-function area for private screenings, and production facilities well as an interior amphitheater. Despite a highly accelerated relocation schedule, the project was completed successfully. The facility includes oces, conference centers, and two large screening rooms with the latest IMAX technology. The production facilities are designed to meet the needs of IMAX's exacting standards. The interior amphitheater provides a unique space for presentations or meetings. SAMSUNG SEMICONDUCTOR LEVEL 4SAN JOSE, CASamsung Level 4 Tenant Improvement, designed by NBBJ, comprises one level of a four-level, above-grade structure. The tenant improvement includes a complete interior build-out of the space, featuring the installation of MEPF systems, architectural fit-out of finishes, miscellaneous metals, doors/frames/hardware, bathrooms, and window coverings. The fourth-floor construction took place in a challenging, almost entirely occupied building. The Webcor team met this challenge and an aggressive five-month schedule through extensive night work, which minimized the impact on normal building operations. FAIRMONT CENTURY PLAZA HOTELLOS ANGELES, CAThe Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel project entails the interior build-out of the original Century Plaza Hotel, designed by Minoru Yamasaki. Yabu Pushelberg, the renowned interior design firm, has crafted the hotel interiors, featuring 73 single-story and townhouse homes on the upper floors. The guest rooms and suites in Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel boast contemporary design touches, lending an elegant and modern feel to each living space.The hotel features a 14,000-square-foot Fairmont Spa Century Plaza with nine treatment rooms, sanariums, aromatherapy steam rooms, a hammam, and a Himalayan salt room. Additionally, the property includes almost 24,000 square feet of indoor meeting space and a 13,000-square-foot ballroom. SUNPOWER CORPORATIONSAN JOSE, CAThe Sunpower Corporation tenant improvement project covers 177,000 square feet across three structures. The project involves the conversion of 30,000 square feet of clean rooms and laboratory space into R&D facilities. The remaining space was allocated for open cubicles, private oces, conference rooms, and break rooms. The project also includes the construction of a new café, fitness center, and exterior courtyard, with infrastructure for multiple solar arrays. Notable features of the project include bubble skylights, a large skylight over the lobby, cork wall coverings, crisscrossing glue-laminated columns, and an employee courtyard with a natural gas fire pit and outdoor heaters. The lobby features guest services, a gift shop, the centrally located gLAnce Lobby Bar, and Illy Caé. Additionally, the project includes fitness facilities, retail spaces, and event spaces, with almost 100,000 square feet of ballroom and meeting rooms. The three-story reception lobby creates an urban connection between downtown and the neighboring STAPLES Center and Los Angeles Convention Center, attracting tourists and locals to the popular destination.
