A Brief History With the success and growth of Webcor Infrastructure over the last 12 years Webcor ranks today among California s leading contractors in the service sector try reputation for excellence and have personally dedicated their careers to the advancement of commercial infrastructure in the region forging strong relationships with public agencies the subconsultant and subcontractor trade communities You won t find a team with a deeper knowledge base of the regulations building codes and unique subsurface conditions characteristic of the South Bay building environment In 2010 the Webcor Infrastructure division was formally introduced in response to an organic increase and development of major public infrastructure projects in our Northern and Southern California portfolios in conjunction with the strategic talent acquisition of infrastructure industry veteran Sr Vice President John Reynolds to lead the service line In the 12 years since John has grown the division substantially positioning Webcor as one of California s leading infrastructure contractors with massive projects including Salesforce Transit Center and the 1 3 Billion SFPUC Southeast Water Pollution Control Plant BioSolids project John and his team are currently delivering the 500 Million Los Angeles DPW Silver Lake Reservoir project which is the largest underground water storage facility in the western United States The key members of the Webcor Infrastructure team bring a combined 100 years of experience servicing Northern California with dozens of projects to their credit located in the South Bay This is a group of individuals who maintain an indus4

A Collaborative Team of Infrastructure Veterans The talented leaders of the Webcor Infrastructure team bring a combined 100 years of experience servicing Northern California John Reynolds Sr Vice President of Infrastructure Webcor Infrastructure Nihan Tiryaki Vice President Project Success Solutions John Reynolds is our Sr Vice President of Webcor Infrastructure and serves as the company wide subject matter expert Based in our San Francisco headquarters John leads procurement of public and private infrastructure contracts throughout the state and provides daily executive oversight of all projects within the division He has spent the majority of his 32 year career focused intently on high profile campus transportation and wastewater infrastructure work He s also had an enormous influence on the evolution of the industry personally championing the City of Los Angeles first adoption of an alternative delivery method contract for the Silver Lake Reservoir project John understands better than anyone that the success of a project hinges on its infrastructure He is the fearless leader to help realize your project vision 6 Nihan Tiryaki is a senior member of the Webcor team who works closely with Webcor Infrastructure Operations and Legal to champion risk management and identify optimal project delivery solutions for our most complex projects Her impressive resume features 20 years of broad based experience in project management project controls engineering planning and systems analysis for multi billion dollar international construction projects Nihan s nuanced and systematic approach to assessing project risks is a unique advantage that the Webcor team can bring to your project

Ronald Probert Lisa Pierce Vice President Webcor Infrastructure Sr Superintendent Ron Probert is our Vice President of Webcor Infrastructure who brings a long resume of heavy civil infrastructure construction experience spanning the entire west coast Over the last two decades Ron has served in Director and Senior Project Management roles for mission critical megaprojects with clients like BART CalTrain VTA SFPUC City and County San Francisco Santa Clara County and dozens more regional municipalities Ron was an integral senior team member on the recent site development and construction of the award winning Santa Clara CalTrain Station and Pedestrian Tunnel in San Jose Lisa Pierce is an accomplished and respected field leader with the communication and operations excellence to run large civil infrastructure jobs She possesses over 20 years of experience in general construction with the last 10 years concentrated on campus infrastructure work Lisa was central to the successful delivery of the UC Merced 2020 Campus project where the Webcor team executed the client s long term master planning goals and expanded the campus infrastructure by 100 Lisa s projects are marked by relentless attention to quality and safety She has managed multiple crews coordinated materials delivery for challenging sites and overseen self perform functions Ron is a Bay Area native with a long working history shared with division leader John Reynolds including 13 years together at Walsh Construction He is second to none when it comes to the successful orchestration of a multidisciplinary team contractors and subcontractors to achieve our clients objectives For your project Lisa will align and manage all trade groups on site while ensuring proper budgeting safety and timeline objectives are met 7

UC Merced Expansion 1 17B SQUARE FEET 14 STRUCTURES 420 500 SQUARE FEET OF OUTDOOR SPACE 1 571 NEW PARKING STALLS 200 000 LINEAL FEET OF UTILITIES UC Merced 2020 Expansion is a groundup Type II V concrete and steel mixeduse project with a construction cost of 1 2 billion The project s design team includes SOM WRNS HOK Page Sutherland Page and Mahlum Architects This Design Build P3 project totals 1 177 124 square feet throughout 14 structures to support a population of 10 000 students by the year 2020 The academic space program includes 373 400 square feet of lab research space instructional space and academic office space while the Student Life program which totals 115 500 square feet includes health facilities enrollment dining and recreational facilities In addition to academic and Student Life programs the project includes 420 570 square feet of outdoor space featuring competition and athletic fields Finally the student housing program addresses existing and future demand for on campus housing and includes 289 600 square feet and 1 700 beds Stand alone parking totals 1 571 stalls Webcor self performed concrete carpentry building specialties and doors frames and finish hardware This project is LEED Platinum 9

Salesforce Transbay Terminal 1 4B ACRES OF SITE IMPROVEMENT 6 BLOCKS OF UTILITY RELOCATION 600K CUBIC YARDS OF EXCAVATION 5 ACRE ROOFTOP PARK Bridge SPIRAL CABLE STAYED BRIDGE Salesforce Transbay Terminal is a groundup Type I concrete and steel transportation and recreation project This CMGC project totals throughout one structure with four levels above grade and two levels below grade Coined the Grand Central Station of the West the Salesforce Transit Center replaces the former Transbay Terminal at First and Mission Streets with a modern regional transit hub connecting eight Bay area counties and the state of California through 11 transit systems AC Transit BART Caltrain Golden Gate Transit Greyhound Muni SamTrans WestCAT Lynx Amtrak Paratransit and the future High Speed Rail Transit System The Salesforce Transbay Terminal is divided into three separate segments that will function independently during a seismic event The three building segments are connected by seismic separation joints where a wider movement range can accommodate vertical and horizontal motion of the segments during an earthquake 10 Adjacent BUILDING CONNECTIONS

Genesis Marina 3 STRUCTURES 570K SQUARE FEET 736K GSF BUILDING AREA 1 560 STEEL H PILES 217 PILE CAPS Ground up Type 1 steel commercial office project This Design Bid Build project project totals over 570 000 SF throughout three structures with five to six levels above grade including a two story podium garage with a shared outdoor space overlooking the San Francisco Bay The project includes Class A laboratory and office spaces a restaurant and commercial recreation over a naturally ventilated open parking structure This project is pursuing LEED Gold As the jobsite is a former landfill a new clay cap landfill cover was installed to maintain a protective seal against moisture rain from penetrating the landfill waste and preventing exposure of the public and the environment to the disposal waste This landfill cap consists of three 3 layers foundation clay cap and erosion resistance The new clay cap was installed over the re graded refuse layer and overlap the existing clay cap 12

SFO Plot 2 Road Realignment 114 800 CUBIC YARDS 25 Mile ROAD SEGMENT 20 BUDGET REDUCTION FAA COORDINATION 4 OWNERS CLIENTS To enhance airline operation efficiency and safety and comply with FAA mandates SFO needed to expand its real estate airside to accommodate larger aircraft parking at two existing terminal gates otherwise known as plot 2 To achieve this expansion SFO hired Webcor in a CMGC capacity to move a quarter mile segment of South McDonnell Road landside to the west lending more space and flexibility to the adjacent aircraft zone The 49 5M project was completed over a four month construction period and entailed the relocation of several site utilities interim construc tion for traffic circulation and permanent roadways equating 114 800 cubic yards Webcor was engaged upfront in the engineering design and planning stage focused mainly on effective stakeholder engagement schedule logistics trade package development and cost estimating The team worked diligently to reduce the initial cost estimate by 20 by involving trade partners in the precon process to price material and labor costs with more precision reduce material lead times and resolve all design constructibility issues prior to our work in the field 13

Silver Lake Headworks 43 ACRE SITE 10 000 LINEAL FEET OF 96 PIPE 3 000 LINEAL FEET OF DRILLED TUNNEL Flow REGULATION STATION Silver Lake Headworks East and West is the first and second phase of a new reservoir storage facility at the Headworks spreading grounds a 43 acre site adjacent to the Los Angeles River and between the City of Burbank and Griffith Park with a construction cost of 278 million The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power LADWP designed the project and it is their first project to utilize the CMAR delivery method Among other functions Headworks East and West consist of 54 and 58 million gallon reservoirs 155 000 CY of cast in place structural concrete 6000 linear feet of 96 diameter welded steel water pipe 3 000 linear feet of 18 diameter concrete lined conveyance tunnel traveling underneath Forrest Lawn Drive and cast in place utility vault housing valves and the electrical support structure providing monitoring and control of flows in and out of the reservoir 14

Hollywood Park 18 5 ACRES 294 000 GSF OF TOTAL RETAIL 13 BUILDINGS 50 820 YARDS OF LIGHTWEIGHT CELLULAR CONCRETE 5 17 MILES OF WET UTILITY PIPES INSTALLED 47 SUBCONTRACTS Hollywood Park Retail District Phase I located in Inglewood CA is a ground up Type II steel retail project The project is designed by Architects Orange This GMP project totals 351 000 SF and nearly 20 acres throughout 13 structures including eight one story buildings and five two story buildings Surface parking totals 175 000 SF and 240 parking stalls Spread across these 13 structures are a 12 screen cinema a fitness center retail anchor spaces and a broad mix of inline shops and restaurants Additionally the project includes a series of plazas landscaping hardscaping private roads and drives surface parking areas and other site improvements Phase II of the project will span an addition 8 75 acres and will complete the almost 30 acre Hollywood Park Retail District 15
