SCCPSS Announces Launch of New District WebsiteSCCPSS Students, Staff, and Community,Over the past year, we have been on a mission to enhance our online presence and improve the user experience on our district and school websites. Today, we are proud to announce that our new SCCPSS website will launch this spring. Our website is a vital tool for communicating with our students, staff, and community. It is important that we ensure the information our users are looking for is available easily and quickly. Sincerely,Stacy T. JenningsStacy T. JenningsExecutive Director of CommunicationsIn the fall of 2022, we formed a task force of parents, staff, and community members to identify what improvements our users wanted to see on our school and district websites. In addition, we asked our families to complete a survey to share their feedback regarding our website. We took the feedback from this task force and the survey and began working on a new website for our school district. In 2023, we began reviewing proposals from a variety of website vendors, ultimately selecting Finalsite. Finalsite is an internationally recognized and award-winning platform known for hosting beautiful and accessible websites for schools and school districts across the globe. We are excited to work with this team, and we are pleased to show you what we have been working on over the past year. On April 9th, 2024, our new District website will go live, followed by our school websites in the summer. As we launch these new sites, we encourage you to explore and take advantage of the wonderful features and tools we have provided. This new website showcases our District’s commitment to ensuring clear communication between our district, our schools, our families, and our communities. We hope you enjoy our new website! As you navigate the site, please feel free to send your feedback to us at communications@sccpss.com.
