Supplier will provide support to Walgreen stores via telephone and email.Hours of Operation: The Peleman Industries’ retail division Customer Care Team can be reached from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST, Monday – Friday at 770-674-6000 or via email at info@unibindusa.comHoliday support: If both Walgreens and Peleman agree that holiday support coverage is needed, both parties will develop a mutual plan to provide support on holidays or holiday selling periods.Supplier will provide a warranty for equipmentWarranty: Machines and equipmentAll machines are under warranty for one year from the date of purchase. If a problem is detected, Walgreens corporate or the particular Walgreens store is required to contact Peleman for troubleshooting. If the problem persists, Peleman will ship a replacement machine at no cost with a return label. The “defective” machine must be returned from store location within 30 days of the receipt of the replacement machine otherwise Walgreens will be charged full price for the replacement machine. Shipping will be arranged on Peleman’s account. After one year, Walgreens will be charged for all replacements. Peleman will use Walgreens’ shipping account to ship any replacement units after the warranty has expired.
