At The Met High School, students are not only encouraged to learn in the classroom but also togain real-world experience through meaningful internships. Sofia and Isabella, two inspiringyoung women, have taken full advantage of this opportunity by interning at the ProvidenceMunicipal Court.Their work at the court has been nothing short of impressive. Under the mentorship of ElizabethBettis, Sofia and Isabella have gained hands-on experience in legal processes, communication,and community engagement. These two students exemplify the Met’s mission: to empower young people to take charge oftheir education and future. Through their internship, they’ve not only developed critical skills buthave also begun shaping their paths as future leaders in their community.We’re also excited to share that opportunities like Sofia and Isabella’s internship are nowavailable to students at our new satellite classroom in Wakefield.
