As you explore and consider opportunities, I hope you’ll keep in mind that The Woodward Fund is No. 1 in our view.Our top annual philanthropic initiative, The Woodward Fund helps us cover the gap between tuition and the actual cost of a Woodward education and provides many opportunities for our students inside and outside the classroom. We value participation from everyone in our community: parents, alumni, and faculty-staff. These generous gifts will create a lasting legacy for the Academy.More Ways to Support Our StudentsYou can directly impact the outcomes of these students by applying at goalscholarship.org.The Georgia GOAL Scholarship Program allows individuals and pass-through businesses to redirect their state tax dollars on an annual basis to financial aid for eligible Woodward students and receive a 100% state income tax credit, reducing your Georgia income tax, dollar for dollar. Pass-through businesses may also be eligible for a federal tax deduction. GOAL participation is not a philanthropic gift, but is a unique opportunity to redirect a portion of your state income tax liability to support qualified Woodward students.9EXCELLENCE. CHARACTER.
