Theguided goal-setting workshop was a virtual event which was designed to walk participants through the process of goalsetting. We broke down goal setting using the S.M.A.R.T. framework to aid participants in not only setting goals butalso developing action plans to drive focus over a 90-day period. Our goal-setting workshop was unique because we mapped out the pillars of living a holistic life and urged theparticipants to focus on the areas of their life that they wanted to focus on over the next 90 days. At Vision Uplyft, weare firm believers in the importance of living an integrated life of harmony which is essential to living a whole life.
