Rob Cardullo’s Persistence Pays Off!S U C C E S S S T O R Y : Rob Cardullo collaborated with Packaging & More to visit Dave’s FreshMarketplace in Rhode Island. Dave’s was encountering issues with brokenequipment while using Zep for their chemical program. Following themeeting with Dave’s, they were enthusiastic and eager to engage in a trial totest the effectiveness of Sunburst. The trial encountered more challenges than anticipated. The Food & Safety Supervisor, focusing on data andconsistency, questioned Sentinel's ppm fluctuations in their meat rooms. This led to extensive discussions, prompting Rob to suggest trying Quick San 10 for improved consistency and to gain the Supervisor's approval. Toestablish trust, Rob diligently visited two of their supermarket locations daily for the first month of the trial. Hiscommitment demonstrated Sunburst's dedication to customers through check-ins, training, and addressing anyconcerns. As time passed, daily visits transitioned to weekly ones, and Rob's persistence eventually paid off.Dave’s Fresh Marketplace recognized the cost savings and support provided by Rob, leading them to sign on aftera 5.5-month trial period.Sunburst has teamed up with Packaging & More to set up four additional locations in July, two more in August, andanother two in September, bringing the total to 10 Dave’s Fresh Marketplace locations! Rob's committedpersistence, advisory mindset, and eagerness to learn (while growing along the way) have played a significant rolein this achievement.V O L U N T E E R A C T I V I T I E SEmployees from Sunburst Headquartersdedicated their time on May 23rd to volunteer atBryant Park.
