SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVEUPCOMINGUPCOMINGUPCOMING VOLUNTEER EVENT:VOLUNTEER EVENT:VOLUNTEER EVENT:JULY 24TH - AUG 18THMissed the clean up at Bryant Park? This quarter, Sunburst is partneringwith Kids in Need Foundation todonate school supplies to underprivileged kids in Minnesota.V O L U N T E E R A C T I V I T I E SUniversity of West Georgia InstallationS U C C E S S S T O R Y : In late May, Sunburst employees had the opportunity to participate in our annualvolunteering event at Bryant Park in Bloomington, Minnesota. An afternoon was spent cleaning up trash and preparing the park for a summer fullof fun! Getting outside the office and enjoying fresh air is something that allemployees appreciate, so picking up trash at Bryant Park not only benefits itsvisitors but our employees as well. This quarter, Mark Phillips landed an account with the University of West Georgia, which is the 11th largest university in the state. Mark worked alongside a rep fromTrimark who presented the opportunity after the University was frustrated due toissues they were having with their previous chemical company, Ecolab. Markshowed a video of a working Master Blaster in the Huntsville Hospital, and theUniversity was instantly impressed with the capabilities. They chose to bring inSunburst without a trial or demo! With the help of Greg Bryant and Luis Villalobos, 130 dispensers were installed tomake up the Food Service Program across the University’s four dining halls andeight specialty restaurants. Since installing, the University of West Georgia hasbeen extremely happy with their decision to switch to Sunburst. This was a hugewin for both Sunburst and Trimark, as this is a $300,000 annual sales opportunity.

Vic had a request that required very detailed research on multiple invoices from EBP. Michael hit a home run on the detail he provided. Dan pain-snakingly walked througheach invoice, backtracking, and researching many aspects in order to provide specificdetail for Vic’s upcoming meeting. This request required Michael and Dan to do a lot ofdigging, research as well as a full understanding of all aspects from start to finish. I amso thankful for their knowledge and willingness to help provide information.Nominee: Michael Lynum & Dan LaughlinNominated by Deborah SederskiAfter the training session on the Return on Investment (ROI) Chris had the foresight toidentify what was needed for the field team to best implement the ROI to have it be part ofthe Installation Request Form (IRF). He consolidated the ROI and IRF forms, madeupdates and linked the worksheets to streamline data entry, thus eliminating having toenter the same data into multiple forms. Chris displayed initiative and a desire to provideuseful tools for Sunburst.Nominee: Chris WeirauchNominated by Vic StewartQ U A R T E R 2W I N N I N G M O M E N T SJack has gone above and beyond in helping the Marketing team develop a Hub Calculatortool that can be used to help Sunburst profitably grow our targeted Hubs and Territories, and put focus on new business opportunities that increase NCM while minimizing serviceand ESR requirements. Shesliced and diced the parts worksheets, searched pricing and added it to the worksheet. Ifthat wasn't enough she offered to help a second go-round with more parts and pricing, allthe while being so gracious to assist. Thank you Nicole!Nominee: Nicole HallingNominated by Deborah SederskiShannon noticed some discrepancies on his Home Depot account and immediately notifiedme and Rob L to discuss what he was seeing.
