Celebrating 15 Years Of The Victory ProjectMonnie Bush - Founder & C.E.O. Fifteen years ago, in 2009, the Victory Project (VP) began as a visionary concept born from 18 months of dedicated research and development. Through heartfelt discussions with incarcerated young men and their families, we sought to understand our community's most needed services. From these beginnings, VP has grown from serving 12 students with the help of one full-time and one part-time staff member, eight volunteers, and 11 customers to touching the lives of 100 students with a dedicated team of six full-time and eight part-time staff, supporting by 75 volunteers and 53 customers. Our financial journey from a net worth of $18,000 and a budget of $78,000 in 2009 to a robust net worth of $1,700,000 and a budget of $1,100,000 in 2024 is a testament to our community's faith-driven support and commitment. Other successes in 2024 include a $100,000 debt reduction and over $500,000 increase in liquidity over 12 months. Remarkably, this growth has been achieved without government funding, a testament to God's guidance and the power of collective effort. The transformation within VP is evident not only in numbers but in the profound impact on lives. Our organization has become a beacon of hope, inspiring young men to embrace their roles as Godly husbands and fathers. Helping them avoid the pillars of poverty has saved society hundreds of millions of dollars. VP stands as a living example of how Christ uses ordinary people to accomplish extraordinary things. Our staff, volunteers, and youth have cultivated an environment that has enriched thousands of lives. By deepening and widening our impact for the Kingdom, we are paving the way for a long and fruitful future. As we celebrate this milestone, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has been part of this incredible journey. With continued faith and collaboration, the Victory Project looks forward to many more years of transformative impact and hope. Here's to a future filled with promise and purpose! - Leave Room For God (L.R.F.G.)

I'm thrilled to share how VP has transformed my life in numerous ways! Firstly, it has instilled in me a strong work ethic and consistency in my professional life. I've also gained invaluable skills in money management at a young age. Another incredible benefit is learning to operate effectively within any team and navigating challenges with agility. Being part of the early days of VP taught me how to overcome adversity as a team. The exposure and tutoring I've received have been phenomenal, opening countless doors as I've taken on diverse roles and met amazing people. I can't express enough gratitude to Monnie and the VP staff for shaping who I am today! Alumni Message Robert Harrison, III - US Air Force & Wright State Senior - First Alumni Board Member (2025) "Unlock the heart of VP with 'Cultural Continuity,' a compelling book by Founder & CEO Monnie Bush. Published in 2024, This comprehensive work explores the 'why' behind VP’s mission and innovative approach to guiding youth toward the life God intended. As VP expands, this book becomes an essential guide to ensure we stay true to our core mission and values. 'Cultural Continuity' offers profound insights into the origins and aspirations of VP, serving as a beacon for all who are part of this transformative journey. Dive into its pages and connect with the vision that propels VP forward, impacting communities and lives."
