h t n o M e h t f o e e y o l p m E Empire Award John Grace John has taken a strong team focus in July in leading by example for his peers He is consistently found in his team s chat helping out peers with an assortment of questions While he and his teammates were trained on the chat channel in July John continued to aid his team with expertise while also maintaining strong and healthy metrics for himself John saw consistency in his own performance even during this transition Some highlights include his 3 2 increase in CSAT almost 15 increase in FCR excluded wrap rate under 20 reduction of AHT by over 100 seconds inlcuding CHT of 507 13 almost 4 increase in LCR and a perfect 100 for not waiving return shipping fees Thank you John not only for your Relentless Customer Focus but your willingness and ability to Adapt Grow and share your knowledge and postiive attitude with your team members
