She worked for AIB where she held the responsible for GFSI training andeducation, developmental consulting in US, Mexico, Latin America, Caribbean andSouth America locations and performed GFSI audits and Technical Reviews in US.Currently responsible for GFSI, HACCP and FSPC for human food training, educationand consulting in US, Mexico, Caribbean, Latin American, and South Americanlocations. Fagel PHD specializes safety training and education, occupational safety and healthassessments and training, emergency plan preparation and exercises, crisis management and on-site review and assessment. He has been involved with all phases of public safety and emergencyresponse since the early 1970s. His career has spanned decades in FEMA as well as lawenforcement, emergency medical services, fire, rescue, Emergency Management, OccupationalSafety and Health (OSHA). Dr. Fagel has served the National Guard Bureau in helping to stand up the CERIAC IntelligenceCenter in 2004 after having been deployed to the World Trade Center attacks in 2001 for the USDepartment of Justice.
