The Women s Ranch Rodeo Association s mission is to educate it s members and viewers while perpetuating and promoting the sport of Woman s Ranch Rodeo WRRA also honors the lifestyles and skills associated with women in the cattle equine and ranching industries The purpose of the Association is to promote the knowledge of women s role in ranching and agriculture on a national level Members of the Association strive to inform everyone of the cowgirl heritage a valuable way of life worth preserving The WRRA is a 501 c 3 non profit organization These cowgirls not only compete in the sport of rodeo but also have become lifelong friends and family Not only does the association wish to preserve the cowgirl way of life it also wishes to help those affiliated with the WRRA Over the years the association has established two nonprofit funds to support these endeavors that help the association s members and families Gold Buckle Sponsor SILVER BUCKLE SPONSOR 3500 2000 Your company name and logo appears as part of the Women s Ranch Rodeo s World Finals title and on World Finals apparel Your company will be recognized as a Gold Buckle Sponsor in all seasonal advertising radio print media promotional posters WRRA website Facebook Sanctioned Rodeos Day Sheet and a full page ad in the World Finals Program Company recognized as a WRRA Silver Buckle Sponsor in all seasonal advertising radio print media promotional posters the WRRA website Facebook the Sanctioned Rodeo s Day Sheet and a halfpage ad in the World Finals Program Display of two company banners around arena and flag carried in arena during World Finals Company name logo appears on World Finals Contestant Apparel 80 units Banner display at sanctioned rodeos throughout the season Display of multiple company banners around arena and flag carried in arena during World Finals Free 20 x 20 ft booth space Announcer mention throughout sanctioned rodeos as well as the three World Finals performances Six tickets to each finals performance Banner display at sanctioned rodeos throughout the season Free 20 x 20 ft booth space Announcer mention during sanctioned rodeos and the three World Finals performances Eight tickets to each Finals performance 240 value One being the WRRA Crisis Fund to help these cowgirls and their families when unforeseen situations occur The Women s Ranch Rodeo Association assists members in various ways including but not limited to those who are hurt during rodeos diagnosed with illness loss of home and most recently were able to help members who were affected by the devastating effects of hurricane Laura The second cause being the Cowgirl s Western Heritage Scholarship This scholarship fund was created with the belief that all women and young athletes should be given the opportunity to succeed The association encourages young women athletes to aspire to be the best they can be in and out of the arena and the association believes this can be achieved through unity and passion for the sport of rodeo Each year a scholarship is awarded to a deserving young athlete Monies raised for these causes are done so by proceeds from raffles silent auctions and promotional sales The association also relies on donations as well to further help our members in need
