SCHOOL PROFILE ABOUT THE SCHOOL U-Tech Prep is a national and international online school, advancing digital education enriched with live, interactive learning alongside teachers and peers. Students may enroll full-time or per course, accessing high-quality online instruction curated and powered by Jenison Innovation Academy (JIA). With 15 years of excellence in online education, U-Tech Prep is built on a foundation of strong relationships between students, parents, and the school community. The High School (grades 9-12) provides personalized learning experiences with flexible options, while the Middle School (grades 6-8) adopts a mastery-based learning approach. The academic calendar is divided into two semesters. This includes individualized academic guidance and regular progress monitoring. Students have the flexibility to participate in weekly web conferences with their Academic Advisor, which can be accessed live for interactive engagement or viewed later through recorded sessions, allowing them to fit their studies into their personal schedules.
