Your senior portraits should feel like you ONLINE GALLERY S A R A H K AY P H O T O G R A P H Y images at any time You will be able to download your images in high resolution right to your desktop phone or flash drive You can also use your online gallery to share images to social media create favorites lists and order print products Your online gallery will let you review and download all of the included proofs and retouched images from your session A proof is an image that shows the initial color edit but does not include any retouching or photoshopping Each collection includes a number of retouched digital images and proofs Portrait retouching includes skin smoothing blemish removal stray hair removal and the removal of distracting background elements Additional retouching or photoshopping requests will be quoted individually ALL SKP SENIORS RECIEVE A COPYRIGHT RELEASE FORM BRENNA FOR ONLINE SHARING AND PRINTING RIGHTS CLASS OF 2019 14 of 28 15 of 28 2023 PRICING COLLECTIONS I provide every senior portrait client with a private online gallery where you can access your

How do you deliver images You will have access to all your senior photos via an online private gallery You will be able to download your images in high resolution right to your desktop flash drive or mobile device Your online gallery allows you to download photos order prints create favorites lists and share to social media all in one place You online gallery will be available for 1 year Do you retain all copyright Does that mean we can t share or print the photos FAQ s I provide all of my clients with a print release for unlimited usage rights This allows you to share your photos online and print them at the lab of your choice As the photographer I reserve the rights to use the photos for business use Do you require a deposit I require a 50 deposit at the time of booking This payment completes the booking process and is nonrefundable This deposit is transferable in the case your session needs to be rescheduled I charge a 1 mile travel fee outside a 35 mile travel radius of Madison WI How many proofs can I expect from my senior session I do not cut down each session to a specific number of photos You can expect around 80 images for every hour we are shooting together How do I pick my favorite images for retouching You will recieve a link to your proof gallery via email From there you can use the heart icon to create favorites lists using your email Make as many lists as you would like while deciding You can even add specific requests in the notes functtion When your list is done send it to me using the paper airplane icon How long until I can expect to see my senior photos Your proof gallery will be available 6 8 weeks after your session date Once I recieve your list of images you would like retouched they will be added to your gallery approximately 2 weeks later How do you accept payment I accept check card paypal and ACH payments Credit card payments will incur a processing fee of 3 What kind of equipment do you shoot with What do we do if it s raining At the time of booking we will schedule a back up date in case of inclement weather If it looks like it will rain for your senior session we can reschedule for a later date I shoot with a Canon R6 and LOVE IT with a range of prime lenses 18 of 28 19 of 28 2023 PRICING COLLECTIONS S A R A H K AY P H O T O G R A P H Y after your delivery date What are your travel fees
Do your prices include tax Can I add on a mini session later Photographic services are considered a product in many states Sales tax will be applied to your invoice and is not included in the package total in the pricing guide Yes but the 50 discount for mini sessions at the time of booking will not apply Can we have the unedited images or RAW s from our shoot I do not offer unedited images or RAW files to my Do you post everything online I love sharing my work online Please reach out if you have a specific request about posting images from your session I would be happy to chat with you Can we bring our dog Or props What is the mini session for CLASS OF 2021 The mini session is great for athletic action portraits or for adding variety to your images Examples include dance figure skating basketball or a mini session in the blossoms at spring time Email me to see sample galleries Do you have hair makeup artist recommendations Yes having hair and makeup professionally done can make all the difference in your senior photos I am happy to share my favorite artists with you 2023 PRICING COLLECTIONS S A R A H K AY P H O T O G R A P H Y clients I keep a copy of all the RAW files and final images from your session on an external hard drive for 2 years after your session for safekeeping JULIUS How do we order prints You can order prints from me through your online gallery or through the print lab of your choice Reach out to me for assistance with the print shop YES I love meeting my clients furry friends You are more than welcome to bring them to your senior session I recommend having a parent tag along with plenty of treats to help out Props like blankets and hats can add personality to any session Can I upgrade my Collection Yes You can upgrade your collection at any time for no additional fee What is your most popular collection The Classic Collection is my most popular package for seniors 20 of 28 21 of 28
