UNCHARTED POTENTIALElevating the potential of our facility by updating our kids, student, and lobby spaces, creating purposeful environments for people to connect in.Pre-engineering and planning continues through the spring with the intent to start construction in late May 2025.UNCHARTED MISSIONSREACHING UNREACHED PEOPLE WITH THE GOSPELHONDURASIn March, ten people from OCC will be traveling to Los Diamantes, Honduras in partnership with Lifeline. The team will minister to people through health clinics and equipping leaders to lead local churches in the region.SHINE SUMATRAOne of our Uncharted initiatives is partnering with Shine Sumatra, a ministry to bring Christ to Indonesia, the largest Islamic nation. Recently, a team of national missionaries met with a female witch doctor in an area of Sumatra where Christianity is outlawed. The witch doctor gave up her witchcraft and has begun following Christ.A MESSAGE FROM FITZ“Trust me.” Often, that’s a phrase people use when they’re inviting us to do something that seems outrageous. It’s also the most frequent command given by God throughout the Bible. Perhaps that’s because God invites us to live in ways this world considers outlandish. When God invited you to follow Him into UNCHARTED areas of faith, hope, and generosity, He was inviting you to TRUST HIM. So as we settle into this UNCHARTED journey together, I encourage you to boldly KEEP TRUSTING GOD.FitzUNCHARTED MINISTRYTAKING NEXT STEPS INTO SURRENDERING, GATHERING, GROUPING, AND SERVING TOGETHER35men and women recently committed to a 9-month mentoring group seeking to grow through accountability, relationship, study, and scripture memorization.15people have surrendered their life to Christ in Baptism since December 2024.52 more people committed to the most recent 10-week Rooted Experience.
