What platforms can youbroadcast live over?We use all mainstream platforms including Zoom, MSTeams, YouTube, Skype, WebEx, Twitch, LinkedIn andFacebook.What is the best platform for livebroadcasts?All offer different benefits in our opinion, so if you're stuck,have a call with us and we can find the right platform to dothe job.What do I get if I hire just thelab?You get the space, the furniture and us just a phonecall away; we won't be strangers - reach out if youneed help! We’ll also make sure the fridge is full ofrefreshments and some fresh milk for a tea or coffee.Using one of your mediatechnicians, what role will theyplay in my overall production?The Media Technician is there to make sure you getexactly what you were hoping for (they love to work hardand show off). more knowledge. two.How do your editing serviceswork?We have a simple day rate approach to editing (a proper full day). Once we understand exactlywhat you are trying to achieve, we can give you agood indication of editing costs. Because we have a relatively simple process forproduction (don’t tell our Media Team we said that,because making something simple actually takessome work) our post production work is muchlower than traditional film production costs.How can your facilitatorsdeliver our content?We have a brilliant team around us in both ourbusiness and our partners; this means we haveaccess to professional facilitators whose job it is tolearn fast and deliver a truly exceptional on stageperformance.Depending on how complex your project is willdepend on which facilitators we would recommend(especially if you are talking rocket science) and howmuch preparation they will need.Why would I need learningsupport?If you are broadcasting live, most platformshave functions like chat, polls and break outrooms. They are the connection between youand your attendees. The learning support teamadminister the entire session making it not justa seamless experience, but engaging and filledwith personality.Do I need assets?Yes, absolutely. However, the type of assets depend on youand your production vision.We have a number of stings, waiting rooms, overlays and muchmore from our library that we can edit and personalise to yourbrand, OR we can make something from scratch just for you. Why would I need an SSD drive?Film production files are huge and take up a lot of room. Thecloud is great for sharing but it can mean you spend a lot oftime waiting for files to download (especially if your broadbandis more like dial-up). An SSD drive is very reliable and gives you a hard copy of yourfiles to take away. It is super small and can fit in your pocket. How much pre-recorded contentcan I produce in 1 day?To a certain extent it is like the length of a piece of string,however…A professional facilitator can create 90 minutes of recordedcontent in one day which could be made up of short, bite sizedsessions.If you are not used to presenting on camera that might drop,don’t worry though we love holding hands (not literally that’s abit weird) so come along, let us hold yours and get the most outof the time you spend with us.
