Shearwater Group Cyber security company Shearwater Group enlisted the help of The Sweet Reason Company to create 100 gift hampers to be sent to their clients at individual addresses across the U K in celebration of Queen Elizabeth s Platinum Jubilee They selected an off the shelf hamper from The Sweet Reason British Range and personalised it with their brand logo on the box sleeve and a branded greetings card inside One hundred hampers were sent to individual addresses across the U K With this campaign Shearwater Group created brand awareness and joined together with clients in celebration of the Platinum Jubilee 9

Sony We worked with electronics and entertainment giant Sony to design a luxury hamper filled with sparkling wine tins of loose leaf tea an insulated glass tea cup and a tea strainer for the Virtual Sony World Photography Awards 2021 The contents were presented in a Kraft box finished with a branded sleeve The items inside the box were also personalised with Virtual Sony World Photography Awards branding 250 gift boxes were delivered across the U K and internationally to all of the awards candidates The gift box was sent for each individual to enjoy as they participated in the awards ceremony remotely The Sweet Reason Company took care of customs forms and the management of overseas delivery 11

Go Cardless Working on a campaign to generate new clients using a warm prospect list of potential customers in the U K France and Germany Go Cardless contacted The Sweet Reason Company to design a Movie Night in a Box hamper Full branded with GoCardless artwork and logo the printed box included popcorn a SodaStream flavour and bottle a chocolate bar and a blanket Each item inside the box was also branded with GoCardless artwork The box was designed and printed in four languages The hamper was phase one of a two phase campaign For the second phase The Sweet Reason Company worked with a third party fulfilment company to distribute 65 SodaStreams across the U K to clients that had attended a meeting with the aim of closing a sale 12

Experian Experian came to The Sweet Reason Company in the search of a luxury gift box to send to their employees as a part of their wellbeing campaign Fuel Fest The client wanted to raise awareness of the mental health support they have available to employees through the company Aiming to make each individual feel supported and valued the contents of the gift box reflected the wellness theme Filled with a grow your own giant sunflower a Spacemask a selection of teas and sweet treats the gift boxes were finished with personalised information inserts branded product stickers and a branded box sleeve In total 44 gift boxes were sent to individual residential addresses in Britain 13

Student Nursing Times Awards A SWEET REASON TO CELEBRATE The Sweet Reason Company has been working with the Nursing Times Awards for over six years The awards bring together the nursing community and celebrate the incredible contributions they make There are over 20 award categories and in previous years each nominee has received a parcel of sweet treats or a Mix Jar Inside the parcel a card shared congratulations to the nominee It also contained the details of a further competition the nominee could enter The recipient who made the best cake decorated the best brownie or iced the best biscuit could win a gift voucher To enter the nominee had to share their baked goods on social media The campaign created discussion and generated awareness of the Nursing Times Awards while adding extra fun and excitement for those attending the event 16

Zenoti Salon software developers Zenoti were looking for an innovative way to engage with their current and prospective clients They came to The Sweet Reason Company with the idea to send a gift to 30 salons in the U K in time for Valentine s Day They chose our Afternoon tea for Four gift box from our With Love range adding their brand logo to the box sleeve and greetings card With the aim of winning new business Zenoti included a QR code in the greetings card that directed the recipients to the Zenoti website to learn about their company and their new product range with they enjoyed their afternoon tea 24

Jupiter With the aim of achieving positive client engagement and strengthening their current client relationships asset management company Jupiter ordered 75 luxury gift boxes of indulgent brownie bites to be sent to their office address The gift boxes contained individually wrapped brownie bites in assorted flavours Each brownie was wrapped with a branded sticker and the boxes were sealed with a branded sleeve During client meetings members of the Jupiter team gave out the sweet treats to clients for them to enjoy there and then or to take away with them 25

Firebird Events Corporate event management company Firebird Events came to The Sweet Reason Company in search of a festive gifting solution They chose to send an indulgent box of brownie bites a Sweet Reason favourite to each of their employees to thank them for their hard work and support throughout the year In turn they were able to promote a happy work environment and the employees finished the year feeling valued and appreciated Selecting an off the shelf product from our Christmas Tree range Firebird events added a branded logo to the front of the box Some of the gift boxes were sent in bulk to the client s office while the rest were individually sent to the recipient at their home address 29

Fandom Opting for a fully festive theme Fandom sent a Christmas gift box to each of their employees in December In total 225 gift boxes were delivered to each employee s individual residential address The gift box included iced Christmas biscuits seasonal artisan chocolates indulgent brownies and festive flavoured teas The luxury black gift boxes were finished with a seasonal sleeve complete with Fandom branding Inside the brownies were finished with stickers displaying the Fandom logo and a branded greetings card added a personal message from the company The result of sending a Christmas gift to each employee thanking them for their hard work Very happy employees 31

Wonde Data management company Wonde came to The Sweet Reason Company in search of letterbox friendly gifts Their aim was to raise awareness of their app in U K schools among their prospective clients and to keep their current clients engaged with their app subscription Wonde chose a letterbox friendly treat box filled with a selection of chocolate and iced biscuits and a branded Christmas card The box was finished with a branded sleeve A total of 24 000 boxes were ordered with each box being delivered to a different school The client sent a box of biscuits to two thirds of all U K schools with five percent of the order being delivered to off shore and international schools The client received positive engagements and achieved their goal of raising awareness of the app 34
