Tender Notes / Clarifications Our price is indicatively based upon drawings and specification provided with your enquiry. Our price is exclusive of VAT. In compiling our price there are a few observations we would like to make. 1. Our price excludes any builder’s work, fire stopping or welfare facilities. 2. Our price excludes skips. 3. We have excluded any temporary lighting and power for the works. 4. We have excluded any works associated with Utilities. 5. We have priced for normal working hours. 6. We have excluded any floor protection and ceiling works. 7. We have excluded coordination of service on service and service with the fabric. 8. We have excluded any Client generated Provisional sums. 9. We have excluded the Pre- Validation of existing electrical services. 10. We have excluded any works to existing services outside the scope of these works. 11. We have excluded any works to existing services which are to be demolished/retained/Modified. 12. We have excluded attendance on third parties. 13. We have excluded an initial survey of the site and dilapidations report. 14. We assume that there is a compliant earthing system in place 15. We have excluded the implementation of any Permits to Work Scheme 16. We have excluded any licenses or permits required for siting skips, plant & tools externally to the building. 17. Cameleon Group will require access to lifts to bring rubbish to the ground floor. 18. Cameleon Group would require a space outside the front of the building to store the rubbish whilst waiting for replacement skip. 19. An allowance has been made for one skip per floor.

TECHNICAL DETAILS Fire/Smoke Dampers Cameleon Group have not allowed for any smoke/fire damper on this project. Fire Rated Ductwork. Cameleon Group have not allowed for the supply or installation of the fire rated ductwork Air Leakage Testing. Cameleon Group have not allowed for any air leakage testing to be carried out on the project at present. Cameleon Group can offer a separate quotation for air leakage testing once test quantities and system pressures have been established. Attenuators. Cameleon Group have not allowed for the supply of any ductwork attenuators on the project Offloading & Distribution – Plant Movement Cameleon Group have allowed for required plant movement equipment & operatives for the offloading and distribution of the new extract fans – each fan is approx. 150kg in weight and is required to be taken to the roof via on site lifts & stairs. Cameleon Group have also allowed to removal of the redundant extract fans which weigh approx. 100kg. Commissioning. Cameleon Group have not allowed to carry out any commissioning on the project. Ductwork Insulation. Cameleon Group have not allowed for the supply or the installation of any insulation to the ductwork systems. Free Issue Items. Cameleon Group have not allowed for offloading and distribution free issue items. All free issue items are to be offloaded and placed adjacent to the work area by others. Internal Grilles. Cameleon Group have not allowed for the supply of any grilles. Drawings. It has been assumed that others will produce all installation and record drawings required. Ductwork Sensors. Cameleon Group have not allowed for the supply or installation of any ductwork sensors, probs, or devices. Test Holes. Cameleon Group have not allowed for drilling test holes in the ductwork for commissioning. We have not allowed for the supply or installation of any test holes, caps or plugs. Craneage. Cameleon Group have not allowed for any craneage on the project. Jointing of circular ductwork.

All jointing of circular ductwork is to be socket and spigot and fixed with self- drilling screws. Offloading & Distribution. Cameleon Group have allowed for the offloading and distribution of the Materials. Strip-out. Cameleon Group have not allowed for any strip out works on the project General Items Access: We have allowed for the works to be carried out from mobile scaffold towers and podium steps as required, all provided by Cameleon Group. Working Hours: We have quoted this project to only include work during the hours of 8am and 4.30pm on week days. Waste Materials Transportation: Cameleon Group are licenced in the transportation of waste materials. Penetrations / Weather Sealing: Penetrations through internal walls / floors / cladding / roofs will not include a duct sleeve, fire stopping or insulation. Protection: Cameleon Group have not allowed to protect furnishings or equipment in any area. Drawings It has been assumed that others will produce all installation and record drawings required. Noise and Permits: During the installation works, a certain amount of noise, dust and vibration will be generated. We have assumed that there are no restrictions on these matters. Technical Submittals: Cameleon Group have allowed to issue Technical Submittals for all equipment supplied by Cameleon Group ONLY. All Technical Submittal’s will be issued with an Cameleon Group cover sheet for the client to upload onto their own document control systems. Web-Based Document Control Systems Cameleon Group have NOT allowed to access or comply with any web-based collaboration sites utilised on the project and we have NOT allowed for any cost’s associated with complying Health and Safety and Qualifications: All engineers will be equipped with all necessary PPE to ensure safe working. All Cameleon Group operatives hold SKILL cards for the works to be carried out. Cameleon Group supervisors hold current Black Card, PASMA, IPAF and First Aid at Work qualifications.
