Carbs: energy for body, 55-65% of diet, having to much, main source of energy for body

Fats: secondary source of energy, to much can make you obese, 30% of diet, saturated fat is the bad fat.

Protein: building material for body, too much can destroy your kidneys, 10-15% of diet, composed of 22 amino acids.

Vitamins: help develop body structure, too much can poison you, you get them by eating healthy foods, the body cant make vitamins. 

Minerals: they help the materialism, if you have too much and get too much vitamin C or zinc you could get nausea, diarrhea, and stomach cramps, good for bone development. 

Water: give structure and form body, too much could give you water intoxication, 8- 8 ounce glasses a day, cools body temperature.

 A much better choice than McDonald's fries, you would have to eat a lot more to get the negative effects, and the sea salt is much healthier than normal sat. Sm=1.79, M=2.19, Lg=2.39.

The affects the fries have if eaten a lot can have negative effects on the heart covering it in bad cholesterol, and they have a negative effect on the brain by getting you addicted to them. Sm=1.39, M=1.79, Lg=1.89
