Introduction At the writing of this text the thrill ride we are on is almost indescribable Bill and I are pleased to have the opportunity to share these techniques stories of wonder and success that happen because of them The stories and experiences we are sharing with you come from Cognomovement users around the world Our hope is that as you finish the last page and create an experience for yourself you will fully understand how real miracles and True Magic are created through and by your body This journey begins early in our search to create change and wellbeing not only in ourselves but in the lives of those we serve The ideas that shape this work began in an online Cognomovement session during the first weeks of the Covid 19 lockdowns When the lockdowns started Bill and I decided to serve our community the best way we knew how That was to share Cognomovement daily online so that people could not only have some connection with other like minded souls but also as a way to release stress and stay positive It was a very frightening time for all but we knew that if we stayed focused we could use this time to raise consciousness and awareness not only for those attending our classes but also for the planet Little did we know so much more would come out of this desire to build up and support our community One morning Bill was leading a daily Cognomovement session The session was on a topic we had done many times before We often took turns leading segments of the class and while it was Bill s turn my mind started to wander a bit Though I didn t stray away from the session my mind did dive deeper into what we were doing I began to wonder What if and then What if turned into a mini experiment and CognoQuantum was born I had been doing some research into the quantum field and the Field of Potential I wondered about what we could change and what we could create within these fields Bill and I noticed that many people were experiencing what appeared to be timeline shifts or a shift in reality immediately after a significant Cognomovement session Some people call this phenomenon a quantum jump We saw amazing things happen for our clients and class attendees Bill and I saw bodies and minds change and lives improve Many of these types of results became entirely predictable But some shifts were too unpredictable to explain Some of them began to border on the miraculous 4
spouses kids parents friends and even business associates also seemed to change in the wake of a session In addition immediate manifestations of money property cars and relationships started to show up out of nowhere It became apparent that the shifts were much more significant than just in the mind or body of clients and class attendees but how was this happening and what else could we do with it I knew the effect was coming from the nervous system somehow as that is the location of the most significant changes during a Cognomovement Session But what was happening after that to seemingly change reality Cognomovement generally focuses on negative or unwanted patterns between the mind and body and targets the sensations created by them When we change how a person feels about a subject we change their perspective entirely at the nervous system level See our book Suffering is Optional to find out more I got curious about whether or not patterns inside the body were affecting something outside of the body I suspected that could be the cause of the results we were seeing So I shifted my attention to the electro magnetic fields associated with the body The brain has an electromagnetic field measured by a MEG magnetoencephalography The body generates a field originating with the heart measured by the Heartmath Inst Signals that travel on the nervous system are electro magnetic and create a field as seen in Bio Well Measurements These together create the Field of Potential surrounding the body I realized then that together they must be interacting with the field that connects us all the Morphic Field to make such wide reaching changes from a single Cognomovement session I just needed to experiment to see if I was right It was during Bill s session that I tried on my idea I started by reaching into my Field of Potential or the space directly around my body to see what I could notice To my surprise I discovered that I could feel outside my body what I was also feeling inside like ideas time space and items that I wanted to manifest Also though it felt strange I seemed to know precisely where I would find these items in the field around me I didn t have to think about it I 5 Changes began to happen beyond the person having the Cognomovement session The client s
just reached out and noticed that the air in that spot felt different It felt a bit thicker or the temperature felt a little different In some places it even felt a little spongy Each sensation in the field around me correlated to a subject that I was both thinking about and feeling Next I knew that I could position my eyes in a specific way to find a memory or idea in my brain We call this Eye Accessing and we use it often in Cognomovement sessions Then I realized that I could match an idea in my brain with the same idea in the space around me by refocusing my vision So now I knew I had at least three places in and around my body where each idea is located and repeats 1 In my brain 2 In the feeling in my body 3 In the space around my body or my electromagnetic field If I accessed them all simultaneously I found that I could get an incredible rush of energy in my physical body But it didn t stop there The three locations felt as though they were pulling together I felt a bit disoriented and felt as though time started to shift As I explored the sensation I realized that I could use this method to try on a new idea I could change the three locations and the idea or topic would change too The experience offered a glimpse at a new timeline and I could choose it change it or delete it We now refer to this feeling as the Quantum wobble It s an exciting and fun sensation However what we uncovered that day was that our physical bodies function as a giant magnet to all that we desire Now even better we know how to turn its power switch on While Bill focused on leading his session little did he know that the next leap in our work was in the process of being created The experiment seemed so strange even to me that I wanted to test drive it before declaring it as a success The next day in class to Bill s surprise I announced that I had something I would like the group to try out just for fun to see what would happen I m sure he was shocked because typically when we have new ideas we share them immediately They re often too exciting to keep to ourselves But this one was too hard to explain and I couldn t yet describe how I had gotten there However I knew that what I was experiencing was extraordinary and I wanted to see if others would experience it too especially Bill So I walked them through exactly what to do and how This group had been with us daily for months so they were generous and willing to try As we all explored the new process 6
together it became clear that we had an exciting journey in front of us and much to explore Bill quickly began to add pieces that increased the effect of the physical experience Next we began to work with the process for ourselves and those who had private sessions with each of us Soon enough we had a repeatable process that was teachable and readily available to anyone willing to have an open mind and give this strange process a try By adding the quantum manifesting techniques to our Cognomovement System we can now explain what generates such wonderful results and how But what is even more exciting is that we can harness and magnify them The name CognoQuantum refers not only to the unique process of finding timelines in your Field of Potential but also the quantum effect that Cognomovement as a whole has on a person s life With this book we will break down these ideas into their simplest parts Then we will share the true stories of people just like you who are enjoying extraordinary manifestations You are invited to come along on this thrilling adventure with us If you have the courage With so much love Liz Larson and Bill McKenna 7
In the beginning there was a ball Bill McKenna created Cognomovement in the fall of 2017 to help his clients shift stubborn pain It was born of physical therapy brain plasticity and sheer curiosity There was no way Bill could have known the full impact of what this system could be when he first started to toss his hand sewn multi colored ball back and forth with people looking for healing Yet with all of the healing tools at his disposal he still searched for something more to help those in chronic pain So he began to study how to activate both hemispheres of the brain simultaneously and discovered that this activation could be accomplished with color geometric symbols and shape Thus the creation of the first Cogno Ball Bill s first experiments using the ball yielded unexpected results in many ways Soon he was experimenting with not only shifting pain but the emotions that accompanied it The first actual session was with an unwitting friend His friend was having financial difficulties in which he saw his retirement consisting of some tumbleweeds and a 1947 travel trailer as his net worth He felt his situation was grim and didn t see a way to improve it any time soon Bill asked him to focus on how he felt about it all He asked his friend to notice how his body felt about it not just his mind He noticed right away that his midsection lit up and his belly button started to feel hot They were both a little surprised as they 8 1
continued to work the newly minted Cogno ball left and right across the centerline of his body Bill continued to keep his friend focused on what his body was experiencing What happened next was even more shocking to the pair Bill s friend started to feel pressure in his chest which got stronger as they worked the ball Bill knew that it was the sensation of the stuck emotion moving so he kept going Then within a few short minutes the feeling in his body shifted to joy ease and a sense of peace The session at a minimum was fascinating to both Bill and his friend but what occurred in his friend s life soon after laid the groundwork for what we now know is the quantum effect of the Cognomovement System CognoQuantum was a few years and a few thousand sessions away from its addition to the Cogno family of incredible lifechanging tools As it turned out Bill s friend only agreed to do this mini session with Bill in exchange for a ride to the Airport As he left on his flight he felt much less stressed and new ideas and possibilities began to replace his imagined future of desolation Little did either of them know that he was on a fast track to a significant change He quickly started to discover new ways to utilize and leverage the property he already owned Money and opportunities began to flow in from many new and different avenues His retirement prospects began to look sunny and bright From this point on his future began to thrive and continues to thrive today What changed How did his life shift so dramatically from one experimental session with a colorful ball and a curious researcher Bill and I would discover that it is simply a function of how our nervous systems interact with the world We found that the nervous system drives the bus on the road of our lives It s responsible for our opinions choices and ultimately the direction life takes When the nervous system has a new perspective 9
life has a new perspective In the case of Bill s friend he gained the view of the abundance and resources that were immediately available instantly changing the direction that his life would take We now refer to this phenomenon as a timeline shift 10
2 The timeline tightrope and other strange ideas In 2015 I attended a Master NLP Neuro Linguistic Programming training in Seattle when a lightning bolt idea hit me right between the eyes We were studying a portion of NLP research called Timeline Timeline deals with the perception of time and how the mind processes events through time This particular tool uses the visualization of time in 3D Each of the students practiced changing one of the events of our lives using this method As a result each of us had profound new realizations about the event we chose In addition we used the Timeline process to see many different perspectives not just our own For most of us this changed the event s meaning and how we would think and feel about it moving forward But it wasn t my own experience that would change my thinking in a way that allowed CognoQuantum to emerge Instead It was the experience of a young woman who shared her story with the class She was a reticent person that had revealed very little about herself during the two years we attended class together So when she spoke I found myself listening closely I will forever be grateful for what she shared because it changed me on a deep level The story itself wasn t unusual It was about a mother that was neglectful unsupportive and about a generally traumatic childhood However it was what she discovered after her Timeline exercise that struck me profoundly She shared that her mother had changed in later years Her mother also apologized for the past and was trying to do better now However their relationship hadn t changed in her adult life 11
She saw very clearly that she was holding her mother in the past However that was only half of what she uncovered She went on to say that she realized that she was populating her future with a mother from her past that no longer existed I had never thought about life in this way before But then I realized that almost everyone I knew especially myself was doing this exact thing every minute of every day Instead of creating fresh new futures most of us catapult old problems situations and ideas into future events It s like walking a tightrope on which we intentionally install boobytraps ready and waiting for us to arrive and create chaos We count on our issues to be waiting for us when we get there We assume that the people in our lives will act as we expect them to that our financial situations will follow the same track as they have in the past and that our bodies will hold on to the same problems that our families have always had Of course I planned to stop this behavior immediately I would write a book to tell the rest of the world to stop it too However I realized quickly that this wasn t a conscious or logical mind decision It was also easier said than done I didn t have better control of the boobytraps I had placed on my timeline tightrope than anyone else Just realizing the problem didn t seem to make a lot of difference I still felt how I felt about these people and these issues However this idea never left me I utilized it to the best of my ability until I understood that the nervous system is responsible for this phenomenon AND NOT THE MIND Manifesting In the end though my story and Bill s may not seem to converge they both arrive at the idea of purposefully manifesting your life The idea of manifesting one s life is certainly not a new one It is hinted at in some ancient texts and has a neon sign pointing at it in others It resurfaced in the modern era 12
in books like Napoleon Hill s Think and Grow Rich in 1937 The idea of manifesting one s own life has been so popular that this book continues to be reprinted today and has sold over 100 million copies So what s it all about In simple terms manifesting refers to our ability to create our lives through our thoughts intentions and focus One famous manifesting phrase is What you focus on expands highlighting the idea that your mind is doing the creating However many who make an effort to control their thoughts end up frustrated and confused about why the life they desire has not magically appeared Other thoughts on the matter come from texts like the Bible and the ever present phrase You reap that which you sow encouraging the idea that your actions are the cause of your future experiences Hard work can create good results However manifesting through effort or brut force can end with disappointing results as well Another common phrase that is both modern and ancient is Ask and it is given It is also the name of a popular book written by Esther Hicks by the same name This idea is promoted in Biblical texts as well The big question here is who is doing the giving In Napoleon Hill s book he suggests that it is the Thinking Stuff of the Universe More currently referred to by Science as the God Particle or that which becomes matter In the Biblical reference it is God doing the giving when asked In Ester Hicks s book what you request is held in a Vortex outside of you until which time you become a vibrational match All of these are interesting ideas However none of them seem to work with consistent reliability So the idea that one can manifest anything they wish in their own life can be both exciting and expansive as well as frustrating and limiting Here is where this Little Book veers off from the mainstream thoughts on Manifesting Instead our research has discovered a much more reliable way to simply begin to 13
choose what comes next in your life experience and why we are so thrilled to share these ideas with you From loss to abundance in 30 minutes or less Our dear friend Melany had lost her partner in a tragic accident As a result everything in her life came to a screeching halt She stopped working as a healer and found moving on with daily life nearly impossible Finally two years after the loss she reached out for some help She expressed that she was ready to get moving again but had no idea where to start Bill began by helping her get clear on what she wanted to create for this new phase in her life We always start with the goal in mind A clear intention is like using a GPS for navigating a cross country trip instead of an old map much easier For Melany it took a bit of time to sort this piece out She had some broad ideas about beginning her practice again and possibly moving The truth is she had never considered what it might take to start feeling not only normal but happy again Melany decided that she would like to have a bit more financial freedom in order to take some additional time to choose how and when to begin working again So financial freedom became the focus of her first manifestation More specifically she decided that rental property would be a great way to secure her desired freedom She began a session to clear any feeling in her body that was uncomfortable uneasy seemed impossible or anything that felt like resistance As she worked her short Cognomovement session unwinding the feelings from her nervous system a sense of knowing and surety filled her body Her mind followed along She felt at peace and even a bit happy a feeling she had not experienced in the two painful years since her loss In itself this felt very much like a miracle 14
Within the hour she received a request from a neighbor to rent a piece of her property to house horses This idea thrilled her She had never considered renting the property on which she lived which in turn led to a flurry of new ideas about bringing in new income and facilitating a move to a new better location Within a few days a property that she had listed for sale for more than ten years got an offer and went immediately into a contract Her life began to shift instantly But how you may ask did this happen so quickly in only a matter of minutes The straightforward reason is that these possibilities were available all the time waiting nearby in the Morphic Field However the pain fear and sadness she felt prevented her from noticing them Instead she experienced a radical and instant change in perspective leading to an immediate change in her outlook and vibration Anything that matches the new vibration becomes part of her life very quickly 15
3 Where it happens and how The biggest secret to Manifesting is not that you CAN do it but that you are inadvertently doing it every minute of every day The how has always been the curiosity and concern when it comes to intentionally creating your life Where this takes place became the fascination for Bill and me It is the single most significant understanding a person can have on this subject and the understanding that will allow you to create freely from now on Until now most people believed that thoughts generated in the logical mind were responsible for manifesting your reality However this is only one piece of a much bigger puzzle It is in fact your nervous system as a whole not your thoughts alone that plays the most significant role in creating your reality The nervous system is where it all begins and where you have the most effective potential for intentionally creating the life you want Your thoughts are only one end of a closed circuit Thoughts generated by the brain mind are one end and your body feelings and emotions are on the other Your mind simply responds to how you FEEL about a subject When you change the feeling in the body the mind follows suit instantly The mind is often mistaken for being in the lead However it s the body its feelings and its sensations that inform the mind This phenomenon becomes apparent when you consider that the body s one job is to keep you safe and alive The body reacts quickly with instinctive reflex while the mind must use logic a much slower process The body is much faster in its reaction time and 16
therefore takes the lead in choosing an opinion Later on the mind analyzes the feeling and more profound opinions decisions and beliefs are formed Beliefs are the foundation upon which your life is constructed Your most deeply held belief often dictates how you perceive the world The more intense a feeling is in the body the more influence the corresponding belief carries in your life Traumatic or frightening moments often take up the most space in your mind and play the most significant role in shaping your experience Information such as religious belief is often taught filled with emotion mysticism and intrigue They are input into the nervous system as an experience and then held deeply by the body The process is initiated in a microsecond and is reinforced over time The mind designates this type of information and memory is crucial A memory accompanied by intense emotion doesn t mean that it is either essential or accurate It only means that the nervous system deemed it so When you consider then that your memories and the beliefs surrounding them may not be as accurate as you once believed they were it may become easier to change them The mind re experiences memories again and again It adds new information to old memories and makes them a part of the original narrative So memories are seldom an accurate representation of an actual occurrence Instead memories and the emotions accompanying them are a mixture of authentic experience past events that match the experience new information and conjecture or extrapolation This may explain why an eyewitness is not always a reliable witness The mind makes many mistakes as it patches together what it believes it saw felt remembers and mixes all of that with a person s unique perspective Perspective incorporates physical position in witnessing a situation education religion family upbringing world view emotional state age gender sexual orientation and even IQ More importantly the condition of the nervous system at the moment an event occurs can dramatically alter the way the event is experienced and stored in memory Thus a 17
non event to one person might be the most significant trauma in the life of another with neither being necessarily accurate It is memory feeling patterns that become the foundation for what will later manifest in your life They are the signals that begin the process and the signals that you can now choose The signals that flow between the body and brain are electromagnetic hormonal and chemical and are conducted by nerves As these signals bounce back and forth between the brain and body they create an energy field It is possible to see this field with Kirlian Photography in the form of an Auric Field and the Bio Well Images that we share in this book Another part of your body that creates a field is the heart It too has an electric signature that is measurable outside of the body The Heartmath Institute pioneered the study of this field and has discovered that most people have at least a six to eight foot energy field around their body Neurobiologists discovered more than a century ago that the brain emits an electromagnetic field Science now measures this field with an EEG Electroencephalogram Combine these three fields and now you have a lot of energy moving in and around your body But what does any of this have to do with Manifesting As it turns out everything The combination of these energy fields creates your Field of Potential It is the location where you and the signals your nervous system generate match up with the world around you Your Field of Potential is also the exact spot where you have the most ability to create profound change in your life 18
Leah attracts spiders As a very young child Leah witnessed her Aunt Kay jump and scream at the sight of a Daddy Long Leg Spider The scream frightened her delicate developing nervous system which ached from the impact of the fright She felt the scream as strongly as she might have felt a dog bite She cried and ran from the room When her Aunt realized that she had inadvertently frightened her little niece and she ran to comfort her Don t cry sweetheart it was just a little spider Auntie is ok Now Leah s mind discovered what had made her Aunt react so strongly a spider Even though she had explained that she wasn t hurt and everything was ok Leah s little body felt like something awful had happened overriding any information that might have softened her fright Her physical discomfort had made up her mind Spiders are bad At that moment the damage to her nervous system was done Leah s body sent the signal to her mind that spiders are the scariest thing on the planet and her mind initiated a persistent and protective pattern that constantly warned of the horrors of spiders Leah s feeling of fear and the belief that spiders are harmful got reinforced every time she saw a spider or every time she saw another person jump and scream at the sight of a spider even on TV As she grew spiders became a constant in her life Spiders filled her dreams streamed into her house hid in her car crawled into her hair and generally terrorized her She seemed to be confronted with them everywhere she went So why did she become such a magnet for spiders when she is so afraid of them Because her nervous system is constantly generating the signal for spiders The energetic field created by the thought feeling pattern along her nerves is producing a 19
powerful signal She is simply a match to anything equal to that signal namely spiders It could be said that she is Manifesting spiders though unintentionally Her mind isn t always thinking about attracting spiders but she is always on the lookout for a spider sneak attack Now her body remembers how terrifying they are and she starts the pattern all over again The solution to her spider problem is to stop her nervous system from generating such a strong field by deleting the fear sensation from her body 20
4 Your Body Your Field of Potential and The Morphic Field Manifesting happens in three locations Your body begins the generating or manifesting process and then it populates your Field of Potential and next the Morphic Field matches it So now you know that a strong or persistent feeling about something can start the manifesting process This can happen for any subject Things wanted and unwanted However this doesn t explain how some things manifest quickly and why often the things you think you want the most don t show up at all The six to eight foot field around your physical body is a vital part of your body It not only contains all of your combined energy fields but it also contains the potential for your future experiences It s full of all of the patterns that your nervous system is generating This field contains a lot of information that you can use Your Field of Potential is also sending signals to the world around you including other people When you come into contact with another person you can often tell right away what their mood is whether or not you like them or trust them This is because you are experiencing them and their field with your nervous system Your nervous system is interacting with the patterns that project into the field around them Each pattern is a reflection of their feelings and beliefs Each nervous system will find things that match or mismatch with the items most prominent in the area surrounding their body The match or mismatch will then create a feeling in the body 21
which signals the brain Next the brain will decode this sensation and decide whether or not this person is a threat or a possible friend We call this a gut feeling and often count it as a trustworthy source of information However this field is very malleable By the way this is also the field that a psychic may read It is full of the most prominent information in your nervous system and will be the most available to read Why is this important Do you recall earlier in this book when I said that the Field of Potential is where you have the most opportunity to create change in your life It truly is It is full of all of the things that you are feeling right now As soon as what you are feeling shifts so does your field instantly For example if you encountered a person who had just had a big fight with their spouse you would likely feel the resonance of this fight in their field very strongly Furthermore 22
you may feel the echo of all of the conflict and arguments in their life all the way back to birth As a result you would likely think that they are an angry disagreeable person You might even find yourself in a disagreement with them very quickly since that is the most prominent signal in their field If your field also holds animosity or anger your chances of having an altercation with this person increase exponentially However if something funny or silly caught their attention and the person started genuinely laughing the pattern of anger in their field would diminish and you would likely find them to be quite a nice person with an agreeable personality Of course neither is necessarily one hundred percent accurate However it is the most up to the minute information available You are constantly projecting into your field that which you are thinking and feeling the most People around you are perceiving you based on what is in your field For example if you feel insecure you are likely to be projecting insecurity into your field Others will perceive this insecurity and act accordingly Your thoughts and feelings are rarely a secret to others However their perception of those thoughts and feelings may not be what you intend or prefer them to be Keep in mind they are not reading your thoughts like a mind reader or psychic However they are feeling your Field of Potential Their nervous system is matching and translating what they feel into ideas and thoughts of their own You attract what you feel just like two magnates But conversely you often unintentionally repel what you want because your strongest emotion is about not having it or believing that you can t It s the emotion combines with the thought that gets the ball rolling So what happens next to the items filling your field of potential They build up or become excess potential It s almost as if they begin to spill over into the rest of the world But in reality they just become a more robust signal eventually finding their match 23
Everything outside of your Field of Potentiality is a part of the greater Morphic field The field in which all things generate an electromagnetic field contribute to share information and create together as a whole The Morphic Field is a term used by Author and Researcher Rupert Sheldrake to describe the greater Field of Energy that interlaces our shared experience on the planet Of course this is a very minimalistic way to describe a large and fascinating body of work on this topic Lynn McTaggart has also contributed significantly to this topic in her NY Times Best Selling book entitled The Field Both describe in great detail how we contribute and receive from this field in every moment of our lives The Morphic Field is evident in every town in every country around the world Each has its own flavor You can certainly discern the location in which a person grew up by their accent and often by their attitude You might even be able to point out a person from a specific area in the world by the clothes they are wearing or even the way they carry themselves But how does it happen that people in the same vicinity tend to display such distinct characteristics They are simply sharing a similar energetic field The field however is not only local but global as well Many modern discoveries happened worldwide simultaneously even though the people who made them were unaware that anyone else had the same ideas or might be doing the same experiments and research Electricity the sewing machine and even sound barrier breaking jet cars are prime examples of this phenomenon How The simple fact that we are all contributing to this electromagnetic field that connects us all The inventors surely spent a significant amount of time thinking and feeling their projects Eventually the ideas became strong enough to find their match even if it was in another part of the planet This is how ideas spread worldwide before the internet and now with the internet it happens even faster You might even say that the internet has created yet another type of field 24
The same principle is evident in styles and fashion It s easy to pinpoint an entire era based on clothing and architecture How is it possible for most of the world to like the same style at the same time They are all influencing each other via the Morphic Field This same field contains every possibility that exists during any given moment in time You are a match to them or you are not When your most active thoughts and feelings combine with a potential timeline in your field and they find their match in the Morphic Field you have now created a manifestation Is it what you want is the question to consider now The Vicinity Theory The Vicinity theory describes how it happens that you think of something and it immediately pops into your experience Or how it is possible that when you clear a feeling out of your body and change the pattern in your nervous system that your surroundings seem to change instantly It also explains why some things take longer The Vicinity Theory is a term that I coined to illustrate what is very nearby in the Morphic Field We ve been talking about how you match things in your field but where are they really As it turns out if you are thinking about IT IT is thinking about you Imagine that you have your phone in your pocket and your contacts list is open It has your top 10 favorites at the top of the list As you go about your day you bump and jostle your phone and it contacts each of the people on your list sending them the last text you wrote Hey why don t you stop by my house later Each of these people takes this invitation seriously and shows up at your house However you are unaware that you have invited them and your front gate is locked So your friends and family begin to collect just outside the gate very nearby but not in your house yet 25
This example demonstrates how you interact with the Morphic Field and the world of possibility in it The most energetic patterns in your nervous system begin to call in things that are equal in vibration and tone to themselves They collect in your vicinity as soon as both signals are strong enough you open your front gate and experience them in your daily life So what is in your vicinity or right outside your gate What is on your mind the most What do you feel the strongest about Which miracle or trouble is always with you You start doing this in childhood For example if you are interested in fire trucks people buy you fire trucks as gifts Or when truck was your first word your parents would begin to notice that fire trucks showed up everywhere on the street on TV and in books When this interest starts to fade the steady stream disappears too It is no longer drawn in by your field As you got older and started feeling fear discomfort or sadness opportunities for each happened again and again also The awareness of how to change the things you are unintentionally attracting is the awareness to change everything Carly s Instant Shift Sometimes we get off course in our lives and can t figure out how it happened As a pilot I learned that even one degree of miscalculation in a heading could take a person a thousand miles off course over time So often we don t intentionally set a heading for our lives Maybe it s because we don t know how Or perhaps it s that we were unaware that we could It reminds me of something my dad used to say Pilot to tower Move tower 26
You want that too Carly s story highlights how a misdirection could have led to an unintended crash Carly is a vibrant fresh breeze of a person Being near her makes most people smile She seemed to create with ease and power and felt sure that she was on her path She called my office one late afternoon to make an urgent appointment I assumed that she was brewing up a new and exciting project and wanted to line up her brain to get the freshest and clearest ideas flowing However the session that she had in mind was much different I think my marriage is over I don t think this partnership is for me and I don t think she matches my path was her opening statement My partner isn t interested in my work and she isn t following through on her own path either I don t see how I can achieve my life s dreams with her if she isn t aligned with them Her cheerful demeanor had faded into sadness and frustration that filled my spacious office We went right to work clearing these feelings from her body and mind First we used a Cognomovement Session to get her into a neutral state on the subject of her partner Next we used a CognoQuantum set to explore her Field of Potential and the timelines filling it Carly experienced three of her most prevalent ideas or timelines Each had to do with something she believed her partner needed to do to reach her highest potential First she wanted her partner to finish her Yoga Certification Next she wanted her to build an online business with a friend and then she wanted her partner to help her create a business in another state Quickly it became apparent as she experienced the potential within each of the timelines that they were in conflict with each other and in conflict with her life path She first frowned and then laughed and she saw that her most pressing concerns about her partner s life path made no sense So we cleared them out of her fields as they were no longer needed or wanted 27
Next we focused on the Timeline that she wanted to create still unsure that her partner would be traveling on it with her She experienced the places she would go her experiences and the essence of the partner she would share it with She left the session feeling clear inspired and confident that she would have the perfect partner though she wasn t clear about who that would be She went home to find that her partner had packed her things and was moving out Carly was shocked She was unaware that her partner knew about her feelings much less that she considered leaving Her life had taken an instant left turn Carly s partner explained that she knew that Carly wasn t happy and she didn t feel welcome in her life anymore She shared that she felt confused about what Carly wanted and she was willing to support anything Carly wanted but couldn t understand what that is Her sentiments mirrored what had happened during the session They spent the night talking and sharing and soon realized that they wanted the same things but didn t know it I spoke with Carly during a follow up call a week later I am living a whole new reality she beamed I can t believe that it was my mixed up signals that were making me miserable and not my partner at all And you won t believe this we have started building our house It was a project that was stalled for five years I thought we disagreed on the plans But instead it turns out that we have always wanted the same thing We picked out the same set of plans years before but didn t know it The power in our team has returned We are both very excited about our future together So how did it happen that Carly s life changed immediately Because what she truly wanted was very nearby and available in her vicinity There were very few moving parts that needed to shift to have the exact thing she wanted So what was holding what she wanted out of her experience Her feeling her resistance to her 28

worked on the feeling in her body about the idea that her mother would have to pass before she could live abroad She quickly discovered that she didn t want her mother to die and that was holding her back too This realization made way for her to feel deep love for the woman who had raised her Interestingly while she focused her sessions on her Mom the dream of living abroad was beginning to take shape Synchronicities began to appear around her favorite location She discovered that old friends were already living there and could help her with the move Housing possibilities in her price range showed up too Retiring abroad was no longer a dream but a real opportunity on her horizon One afternoon while enjoying coffee together she decided to share her newly forming plans with her Mom As she shared the possibilities and her desires her Mom was strangely positive and listened intently She began to ask questions like When would you like to do this Katrina shared that she thought she would need to work another three years before she could retire and leave the country The question her Mom asked next was the shock of Katrina s life Well I ll probably still be alive by then Would you consider taking me with you She never dreamt that her Mom would be willing to go anywhere She had complained about moving three blocks to a new apartment in the past Now she was thrilled that her Mom not only supported her dream but also wanted to share in it Her newfound love and appreciation for her Mom made the prospect of living abroad available much sooner than she had ever expected could be possible Katrina shared with her practitioner that she understood that the process of feeling differently about her Mom had to be cleared one step at a time She needed time for each change to settle in before realizing what else was standing in her way It gave her Mom time to experience the changes too The ultimate outcome is better than she imagined for both of them 31

5 My Magic Wand If I had a magic wand and could change one thing in your life what would you choose to change How would that change your life moving forward What would you have be know or do next This is the first question Bill and I always ask anyone who says they are ready to change their life Oddly most answer I have no idea I just know what I don t want I know that my life isn t working the way it is now But as we discussed previously what is most active even if it s what you don t want is what you are opening your gate for This is the number one mistake that is made in intentional manifesting As I said before one degree off in your heading can lead to being miles off target You may be noticing this theme in your own life You may not be in the place you thought you would be by this age You may have goals that you never reached You may have even gone the other direction Would you prefer to be on target all of the time or at least have tools to correct your heading the minute you feel yourself slipping off course Whether it s a brand new idea or a long standing desire or goal you absolutely must get crystal clear on what it is you DO want For most of my life I avoided this step like the plague I didn t want to choose one thing just in case I might miss out on something else I always had one foot in and one foot out and the frustration that came along with it This led to a lot of unachieved goals and achievements that I really didn t want I knew for sure what I didn t want but had so many blocks to outright deciding on what I did want in my life The following exercises changed my fundamental belief about choosing for myself 33
When I understood that my nervous system was choosing for me anyway I knew for sure that I wanted to start choosing with intention I also discovered that I could choose again and again I could make little choices and big choices and have the surety that they are on the way into my life very soon The following steps are what Cognomovement and CognoConscious users around the globe are using to create miracles in their own lives START HERE Know what you want and where you want to go It is choosing what you what that can be the most challenging part However it is the most crucial These two exercises are excellent for helping you get clear and concise about what you want and where you want to arrive Use them both every time you decide what you want next The Well Formed Outcome Use a piece of paper to write down the answers to the first question You may want to write down the answers to all of the questions or you may want to visualize them or both 1 What specifically do you want Choose Pick one topic to start If you hate to choose as I did start by practicing with something minor like a new pair of shoes 1 Please state this in the positive What you DO want i e I want to move to Spain 2 Choose something that can be initiated and controlled by you I e I feel secure in my relationship vs my partner needs to make me feel safe 34
3 Is the outcome of global proportion or is it a manageable chunk size Chunk down to smaller pieces if necessary i e I am happy in my home vs I want world peace 2 How will you know when you achieved it Begin to visualize 1 What will you see Look around in your new life with this manifestation 2 What will you hear What is happening around you 3 What will you feel What does your body feel like when this is happening Context 1 When do you want this Notice the time frame that comes up 2 Where do you want it Is the location a surprise when you see it 3 With whom do you want it Who else is there with you 4 What will having that do for you What in your life is different because of this 5 When you achieve what you want what else in your life will improve Is a bigger goal possible because of this 6 When you achieve this will anything be at risk What are the roadblocks What unintended changes may occur Tip This may be what you need to clear 7 What has stopped you from already having what you want 8 What is the first step to begin to achieve this now 35
Imagine stepping into the future and having your outcome fully Then look back at yourself and determine what steps were required to achieve the outcome now that you have it Continue to use this process until you have a clearly stated outcome For example I want ____ by _____ and with _____ at ______ Notice where your body disagrees with your statement or doesn t feel entirely in alignment These sensations will be the clue as to where your nervous system is holding you back or trying to protect you These are the sensations that you will want to work to clear from your body What else and what s next This exercise can also help you figure out precisely what you want and why you really want it Where you start out is not where you end up This exercise is a lot like eating a Tootsie Pop There is a surprise in the middle This exercise alone can answer many questions about why you haven t reached your desired outcome in the past Likely your goal is not what you truly wanted but something much more meaningful 1 Start with stating what you want in the positive Write it down 2 Next answer this question 7 times and write down the answer 36
When I know have be or do this what else will I know have be or do then What s next 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 What is your final answer If it feels like there might be more answers keep going until you KNOW that this is what you truly want This exercise will vet out what you want and the real reason you want it Here is an example of an actual client s answers to this question 1 I want to lose 40lbs 2 I will be able to buy better clothes 3 I will feel better about myself 4 I will feel more comfortable in my skin 5 I will like myself more 6 Other people might like me more 7 I will feel comfortable dating 8 I will be able to find a mate I want a mate The exercise is essential because it demonstrates that sometimes what you think you want is just a roundabout way to get something else In this person s case she realized that she wanted to feel good about getting back on the dating scene She was putting it off for some unforeseen date when her body was perfect Spoiler alert when she cleared 37
the feelings of fear of getting out there the ideal partner for her showed up She didn t even need to get out there The right person was already waiting This step alone will take you a long way toward having precisely what you want Use your brain Are you stopping yourself before you ever get started Have you ever been sure that the thing you want is utterly impossible for you to have in your life Have you ever been convinced that everything is stacked against you and there is just no way to overcome the obstacles What if the real problem is that you re just thinking about it with the wrong side of your brain Debbie s right sided problem Debbie wanted to step fully into owning a Website building company She had been struggling for Eighteen months with the decision to take the leap and start her business Every time she began to make a business plan she was wracked with anxious thoughts feelings of panic and overwhelm She believed she had the technical skill to serve her clients well However her big concern was the possibility of being asked to get creative She was great with details and specific instructions but froze when her client needed her to develop innovative design ideas It didn t seem to matter that she held a degree in graphic design She was terrified that she couldn t perform in this capacity Debbie used affirmations visualization guided meditation and even sheer willpower to get her company off the ground but rarely got past the first step She hadn t even built 38
the website that would house her company yet When we met she was frustrated sad and was considering abandoning the idea of having her own company altogether Our meeting was on Zoom She knew exactly what she wanted to create and when Clarity was not her problem However as she spoke tearfully about her struggle I could see what might be holding her back The problem was as clear as the eyes on her face In fact the problem was in her eyes As Debbie shared her story of frustration her eyes pulled to the right never crossing the midline of her face It was as though the ghost of the business that could have been was standing at her right shoulder and she couldn t stop looking at it As she spoke I began to smile Then she paused and asked sheepishly if she had something on her face or if she had said something weird I assured her that neither was the problem Then I asked her to move her eyes so that they were looking hard to the left as though she might be trying to look at her left ear Next I asked her to continue to tell me why she hadn t been able to start her company so far She tried to find the thread of her familiar woes but found that she could not I reminded her about how she was afraid of creative endeavors She slid her eyes back to look at me and squinted Then she asked where did it go What I asked My problem she replied I smiled again She couldn t find her problem while using the right side of her brain solely to think and talk about it She was stuck in the neurological loop of creating with her business in her left linear brain When her eyes were forced to the left and therefore accessed her right creative brain she couldn t access the old loop and so she couldn t access the problem Next I asked her to move her eyes back to the left then in an arch from her jawline to her eyebrow She stretched the muscles in her eyes as well as the limits of her vision She then talked about her new business with her eyes in this new position further accessing new information and patterns in her brain Quickly she saw new possibilities Next we discussed a prospective client s project It would potentially be a very creative project She started to design it on the spot and to feel very excited and confident about 39
her ideas Finally she said she felt like jumping out of the chair to run and call the client and book the job Lastly I had her roll her eyes up as though she were looking at her eyebrows She then rocked her eyes left and right from eyebrow to eyebrow while we walked through the steps for starting her company and onboarding new clients The steps she had lamented over just ten minutes before now felt exhilarating simple and easy to accomplish By the end of the week she had accepted work for two new clients and had finished her website What changed The way she was accessing her brain In this case she didn t need an external manifestation to begin living her dream Instead she needed to use a different part of her brain She also needed to access an alternative neurological loop one that handled creativity and business with ease By shifting her eye position we shifted her entire perspective and found the tools she already had We just made them available for use You can try this anytime you are feeling stuck Or anytime you believe a situation to be impossible Using four different eye positions you can access alternative perspectives and databases of information in your brain body and access new possibilities But remember that it isn t just the brain and the data or memories The other end of the loop holds feeling and emotions and these are the part that keeps you feeling stuck By moving the eyes you can feel new perspectives and access new ideas Each part of your brain manages different aspects of your thinking mind For example your eyes brain and spinal cord are all one system working together to take in the outside world and translate for your body For example your eyes not only take in the information but access the information in your brain later on when you need or want it 40
Your eyes also cue your emotions and your emotional responses Give it a try 1 Choose something that feels impossible or that you feel stuck about Then make a note of it 2 Look down like you are looking through your shirt 3 Start to tell the story about how impossible or unlikely this issue is 4 Rock your eyes side to side like you are looking from elbow to elbow 5 Continue to tell the story for about 1 minute 6 Feel how you feel about it in your body and where you feel it i e stomach throat head 7 Move your eyes to the right as though you were trying to look at your right ear 8 Tell the story again while moving your eyes to the right from your jaw to your eyebrow and back again Really stretch your eyes in that direction Keep your head forward 9 Continue on the right for 1 minute 10 Move your eyes to the left Then repeat the exercise by telling the story while moving the eyes from the jaw to the eyebrow and back on the left 11 Notice if your story has changed notice if the feeling has changed notice where the feeling is now notice if you have any new ideas about this topic 12 Move your eyes up like you are trying to look at your eyebrows 13 Rock your eyes left and right from eyebrow to eyebrow and tell the story one more time 14 With your eyes in the up position ask out loud what else is possible about this that I never considered before Don t reach for an answer Just notice what comes 15 Ask this three times before concluding When you are finished notice what has changed about this particular problem Notice if you have changed your mind about its impossibility Often the subject will change entirely A new perspective may be revealed It may be that you aren t stuck at all but just need to go in a different direction 41
Delete the old patterns When you are very clear on what you DO want and have checked to see that you are using the most resourceful part of your brain but you re still not feeling like your manifestation is imminent you likely need the next step Find and delete old patterns Cancelations or upgrades Lori manages the accounts for an online company Unfortunately the company recently launched a new program that was fraught with technical glitches As a result she found herself getting more and more stressed out as she tried to assist her clients in the best possible way Lori noticed her stomach feeling like it was tied up in knots and her head was starting to pound Her frustration was beginning to feel like a brick wall She had a client who was charged for an incorrect item and she was on the verge of losing this client altogether As a long time Cognomovement user Lori recognized the symptoms of an old pattern She took a break and did a five minute Cognomovement session in which she focused on the feeling of frustration in her body She focused on the feeling in the pit of her stomach and the pounding in her head She became aware that she was very limited in her ability to think through the problem as the feeling of resistance in her body grew She also knew that she was activating signals of frustration and fear that were mounting in her field After her five minute session she felt calm and relaxed and she also started to think clearly about how to approach the client s problem so that all were satisfied When Lori returned to her desk she discovered the client had sent a new email The client no longer wanted a refund She wanted an upgrade Lori was thrilled that her client was well served in the end She was also happy that her frustrated feeling didn t continue throughout the day and into her evening She was aware that a setback with a client might have ruined her entire week in the past Instead she had a great sales week and a delighted client 42
Not all problems resolve so quickly but in this case Lori caught the signal before it got too big to manage She recognized that it was likely patterns in her nervous system that kept her in a cycle of frustration The minute she deleted the pattern from her body it was deleted from her field as well Patterns are recognizable by the feeling they create in the body These are often very familiar feelings If you tend toward frustration you will likely feel frustration more than fear for example If fear is your set point this is the sensation that you will be most familiar with and will be the go to for your body You can learn to recognize the feeling and change it before it starts causing trouble in your life The Cognomovement system interrupts the flow of the electromagnetic hormonal chemical signals along your nerves It activates the left and right hemispheres of the brain and calms and harmonizes the left and right sides of the nervous system creating balance The system also activates the three main ways that the body learns auditory or hearing visual and kinesthetic or touch When you want to change you require the body to learn a new way of managing the energy and information in your body so activating the learning centers is very useful In addition Cognomovement is very comprehensive for deleting and rerouting old habits discomforts cravings moods repetitive thoughts and more When you can change the signals in the body you then change the signals in the fields around you changing what is manifesting in your world Plus you just feel better think better and make better decisions Other ways to change a pattern in a pinch are do something completely different and out of character walk backward while talking out loud about the problem spin try a new breathing pattern These are often not as permanent or thorough as a Cognomovement session but they will make a difference for sure 43
Pesky Partners Sandy had a problem with her business partner Her irritation with her partner s behavior and attitudes grew over several weeks Finally her partner s behavior seemed to get more and more intense until Sandy felt it would have to come to a break in the partnership One morning she was getting ready to do an intense workout While her mind was whirling with angry thoughts and mental arguments a little idea started to form Sandy had been in this spot before She recognized a pattern in herself Three years earlier she mentally fought with a business partner while she exercised and severely injured her back She remembered that the low back is related to stability money support and family no wonder her back was vulnerable to injury She had also felt victimized by partners in the past Dang it she said out loud surprising herself this is my pattern She stopped what she was doing and did a quick Cognomovement session Sandy cleared both the feelings and the thoughts about this problem from her mind and body She shared that it didn t take long because most of it had collapsed when she recognized the pattern She went on to have a great workout which she now enjoyed without mental arguments and hurting herself A frustration free workout was nice enough but what happened next felt like a miracle An hour later when her training finished she picked up her cell phone to find a text message from her business partner The text message was a glowing review of her work and her importance in their shared company Her business partner said all of the things that Sandy hoped that she would understand and recognize As a result her general attitude shifted significantly and allowed the pair to build a thriving company together as dear friends Sandy realized that she was holding herself in a destructive pattern When her nervous system released it her partner was freed from the pattern at the same time She also 44
released her partner to be who she always had the potential to be Sandy s perspective shifted and so did her reality 45
6 Find it in your field Since your patterns cycle in your body and then populate your field can you change the pattern in your field too Again the answer is a resounding yes Your field of potential is an active vital part of your body and energetic system You can reach out and touch it change it and use it to create your life Reach out and touch it This is an exercise that you just have to experience to believe First reach your hands out in an arch around your body Notice if there is any sensation in your fingertips right at the edge of your reach It can feel like cobwebs or there might be some heat or cold It can even feel a little spongy It might surprise you to discover that there is something there Just play with it for a minute and then notice what you feel Congratulations You have just experienced the boundary of your personal Field of Potential You can expand it or contract it if you want to as well Try it out It s fun 1 Think of something small that you want in your life but don t have yet 2 Then let your eyes dropdown Like you are looking through your shirt and notice how you feel about NOT having this thing 3 Notice where your body feels it for example your gut head heart hands or feet It might be sensations like tightness heaviness emptiness or even excitement 4 Reach out with your hand into the field around your body Don t think about it just reach Somehow you already will have a sense of where that thing exists in your field If you are a person who gestures a lot when you talk try talking about what you want 46
out loud and let your hands move to where they usually would go when you discuss this subject That will be the location of this item in your field 5 Notice how it feels With your hand touching this item in your field begin to notice how it feels I e Is it hot cold tingly or even like jello Are there edges or is it round 6 Get your eyes involved Keep your hand in the energy of the item Lock your eyes on the Spot in your field 7 Focus on the sensation in your body the sensation in your hand and your eyes on the spot simultaneously It may begin to feel very intense Stay in it 8 Feel the Timeline picture yourself 5 minutes after achieving or receiving the item you are focused on Then one day Next a week Notice if you like the results or not 9 Bring it in If you like what you experienced on the Timeline gently pull it into your body Match the place in your body that you most felt this item 10 Clap it out You may have gotten a surprise Did you realize that the thing you wanted doesn t fit in your life at all Disperse the energy of that item in your field Then return to the spot where you felt it and clap your hands in that area Repeat until you no longer feel it in your field It is very physically experiential Try out many different subjects to see where they live in your field things you want and things that you don t Although some people need a little practice to get good at feeling things in their field don t give up To help you further we have developed the CognoQuantum Online Course to show you each step and walk you through the process It is far easier to see the technique demonstrated than to read about it 47

Craig gets what he wants Craig was a successful man On the surface he had it all a business a family friends He began to work with Bill out of curiosity at first As an inspirational speaker and coach himself he hadn t intended to dive deep into this odd technique but he liked Bill and took him up on the offer to give it a try He was secretly feeling some fear about his financial life His business partners weren t performing as we had hoped and the business they were involved with wasn t going well either In addition his marriage was on the rocks if he was honest with himself However he shared none of this with Bill upfront One of the beautiful things about the Cognomovement CognoQuantum systems is that people don t have to reveal their issues to a practitioner Instead they just have to say where their body feels it Craig and Bill worked their first session together and to Craig s disbelief he left the session without any sign of the previous fear in his body Craig shared that the relief he felt after that first session was something he wouldn t have believed possible He had been living with it for longer than he realized and it had become a very uncomfortable new normal Later he realized that feeling of fear held him back from moving forward in his life So he began working with Bill regularly to Manifest some of the goals he now realized were possible And things started to change First his business had the best month in a year Then his business brought in more revenue than it had in five years Craig was thrilled Clients and new opportunities started to flow into his life and his company He pushed forward in his Manifesting goals with Bill s expert help Then fundamental things began to change His business partners left the business His wife asked him to move out of his house On the surface it appeared that things were 49

The second graph shows a significant jump in the energy of all of his organ systems There are no systems that are out of balance Craig s physical energy was optimized during this session not only for Manifesting podcasts but also for living his very best life He went on to have incredible opportunities come into his life and he is living them fully now 51
Valerie changed her brain and her compassion In 2020 the Cognomovement System began laboratory testing for efficacy at the PsyTech Labs in San Diego California The test subject who we will call Valerie for the sake of privacy had been diagnosed with a minor form of Epilepsy and was complaining of an unrelated tremor While the Cognomovement System can not claim to treat or cure any known illness physical or mental it effectively reduces stress and improves mental acuity However all of her complaints were cataloged for the sake of the testing Valerie was a highly active and astute Sixty Eight year old woman She worked as a bookkeeper for a company that required her to be on her toes 8 10 hours per day She needed to be sharp mentally and physically to keep up with the demands of the company s clientele She had experienced a great deal of family discord three years prior and experienced a seizure that led to her diagnosis of Epilepsy Valerie is left handed and the increasing tremor had become a significant stressor in her life and limited her effectiveness at work However her doctors assured her that the tremor was not related to Epilepsy and earlier brain scans revealed no physical indicators for the tremor Valerie said she felt that her personality had changed and that her usual ability to be cheerful and kind had significantly diminished She felt less joyful and more combative to those that annoyed her While in the past she would have disregarded their behavior and handled them with kindness and compassion The initial brain scans shown in the graph below were conducted while performing timed cognitive testing These included puzzles and tasks that challenged dexterity and brain function 52
The first image shows her brain struggling to make the connections needed to perform the tasks Her brain is also using a large amount of energy while trying to make connections Although her cognitive function was good her times were slow Bill and I worked a 45 minute Cognomovement CognoQuantum session in which we focused on the stress caused by her tremor which led to a clearing of the family stress pattern that she was feeling in her body As a result her body visibly calmed and relaxed The second round of brain scans as shown in the images below appear in blue Her brain s ability to make concise decisions improved The testing also shows that the brain now required much less energy to perform the same tasks Her individual and overall times improved by 30 The second scan shows a much more efficient brain and nervous system function These results were impressive However what happened next was more important Valerie s relationship with her daughter had been strained over the past three years during her illness Her daughter had accompanied us during the testing period After the testing we all went out together to celebrate its completion We noticed that Valerie and her daughter were teasing and giggling with each other in a way they hadn t done in years They looked comfortable and happy together It was a beautiful sight When she returned home from San Diego she reported that her handwriting had greatly improved and that she was delighted She had completely reorganized her office and her efficiency and work improved She said she felt like she could think clearly again In addition she reported that she felt her compassion return Valerie now found it easy to have patients and compassion with people Her relationship with her daughter was also thriving again She believed this to be the most significant improvement in her life The entire Psy Tech report is located at Cognomovement com 53
