A non-negotiable is like a promise toyourself that you're absolutely committed tokeeping. It's your line in the sand, not just forothers but mainly for yourself. Non-negotiables are the trust-building toolsyou use with yourself. Print it off andplace it where you look at iteveryday.Start with a CLEAN week in yourcalendar and schedule your non-negotiables before everything else.Don’t let anything come betweenyou and those.
