John Pham o t g n i Gett w you kno Hey Optimians My name is John Pham and I work on the Office Admin team I was born and raised here in SoCal with my mom dad and my 5 siblings When I m not running around the office I enjoy dancing and have spent part of my life competing and placing with my teammates Strangely enough I started my career as a member of my old dance team I worked my way into leading the junior team the adult team and found my way working under the founder of the dance company where I learned many of the skillsets I use today In 2021 I wasn t sure where my path was going to go I was working in a job with few positives extreme stress and was only sticking around for the paycheck After researching jobs involving logistics my friend told me there was an opening for a position at Optima and I took that chance in a heartbeat I couldn t imagine that a year later I d be enjoying my job to this extent with people that keep the office lively Outside of work I m usually going out with my friends staying in with my girlfriend or planning big events on the side I love playing video games in my downtime and spending time with my sister s dog or any dog really I ve also picked up some DJ equipment lately though I m just starting out Thanks for stopping by and I ll see you all at the next company event

Leadership Fun Facts Lina Vartanian What s your hidden talent My hidden talent is that I can spin a basketball on my finger I grew up playing basketball and this was a skill I picked up in middle school This talent makes my husband and boys so jealous because no matter how much they try they can t keep the spin going as long as me Do you have any pets I have two very spoiled and loved fur babies Jax is our 5lb Maltese who is the biggest cuddle bug ever Frosty is our Maltese Poodle Mix We got Frosty at a shelter and it was the best thing we ever did The kind of love that an animal gives you when they rescued is amazing What s your coffee order My favorite place to get coffee is Starbucks My favorite drink is an extra hot caramel macchiato What accomplishments are you most proud of My biggest personal accomplishments are my children My oldest son Kameron is 22 He is currently attending Cal State Fullerton and wants to become a High School History teacher My younger son Edward is 18 and he attends Irvine Valley College where he is still deciding what he wants to do I am so proud of both What is your favorite sports team My favorite sports team is the Los Angeles Lakers I grew up watching the Lakers with my dad and they have been my favorite sports teams since GO LAKERS
