SANDRA NAVARROHello my fellow Optimians!I am a California native born and raised in Costa Mesa! I moved tosouth county in 1996 and have since fallen in love with RanchoSanta Margarita. It has been on several lists for being the safestcity in the nation. I love the beach and make it a point to go asoften as I can, sometimes doing a staycation in one of the beautifuloceanside hotels in Laguna Beach. I enjoy wine tasting andtraveling with my husband or my faithful group of close friends. Getting to Know You!I have been in the customer service field since I was 16years old. I enjoy helping people, as service is one of mygifts, along with hosting. I love having family and friendsover for good food and fun. On that note, I have 7grandkids and enjoy spending time with them one on one.Before coming to Optima, I worked in auto finance for 8 years, as a caregiver, andwas a loan officer in the mortgage industry. Working at Optima has brought manyrewards including new friends. I have learned a lot about the IRS and tax debt,enough to know I never want to be in debt with them! I love the culture here and take advantage of all the funfamily events Optima offers. I belong to the Let’s Breakthe Stigma Culture Circle and have really enjoyed themeetings; Seeing everyone be vulnerable in a safe placeis so refreshing. I have taken advantage of theresources provided and feel that this is definitely one ofthe best things about Optima. The management teamhere has been so encouraging and nurturing.
