Getting to know you Elizabeth Elias My name is Elizabeth Lisa Elias and I am 34 years old I am currently the Production Support Manager I was born in Fountain Valley CA and grew up in Santa Ana CA I am the middle child with an older brother and younger sister I have been married to my husband for 13 years and we have four beautiful children Sophia 9 Jacob 7 Abby 5 and Brianna 5 Aside from Optima I spend most of my time at the soccer field since all my kids play soccer which I really love and enjoy Whenever we have a soccer free weekend we love going camping with our friends and family to the sand dunes and riding our UTV toys I also really love Starbucks Before Optima I worked for MetLife insurance as an administrative assistant for 6 years During my maternity leave for my second child they laid off everyone due to office relocation to North Carolina I then decided to take some time off to really bond with my newborn When I was ready to get back to work I found Optima by a former employee and for that I am forever grateful From the company culture to our great leaders Optima has truly been an amazing company to work for I ve been with Optima for 7 years and it s been a great experience I look forward to continuing to grow with the company and getting to know everyone
