o t g n i t t e G LeeAnn Jugovich know you My name is LeeAnn Jugovich I m 22 and I ve moved 17 times in my life I feel like that s important to know because as a kid I never really felt like I belonged at one specific place I grew up in the Mesa area but lived all over Southern Arizona and even Las Cruces New Mexico I graduated from Westwood High School in 2018 and never looked back I have never taken college seriously for the simplest reason all I ever wanted to do was travel see the world for all the good and bad things it has to offer I have been with my fianc for almost 7 years and we are getting married on Halloween of 2023 We have 2 ferocious pit babies that are 4 and 8 who act like they own the house and the people in it We were expecting to purchase our first home this year but with the market it just wasn t doable so we expect to purchase in 2024 I am a stained glass artist of 6 years now and have made pieces that placed 1st and 2nd in the Mesa Art Show in 2018 My work is mostly custom designed pieces just simply because I love a challenge 3D is my preferred style If my brain can think it I can make it one way or another I do have many different examples of pieces if anyone is ever interested in seeing them Optima has brought me out of my overly worked shell and reminded me that I m a human not a robot I m excited to see the different opportunities and learning experiences that Optima has in store for me

Leadership Fun Facts Dean Palomares What would be your last meal My last meal would have to be Baked Cannelloni with an abundance of garlic bread and a fountain of Coca Cola Dessert would be buckets overflowing with chocolate cookies What was your first job My first job was technically at a subway but I only worked there for two weeks then quit because I was waiting on a job at the Kohls department store I ended up working there for not even 6 months when I was offered a job at Disneyland Now I just say Disneyland was my first job it s easier Do you have any pets I have two handsome Boxers Kingston and Theodore Both have polar opposite personalities that make them so unique They are brothers from the same litter that have never left each other s side Kingston left is wild and free doing what he wants on his own time Loud and proud quite literally Theodore is the old soul trapped within a dog s body and wanting nothing more than for me to leave him alone Loveable but only for so long What is your favorite thing about working for Optima My favorite thing about working for OTR is the opportunity to encourage and help people succeed in their roles I am only a presence and a voice but I can be a positive presence and voice that encourages and praises the work of others Diversity and Inclusion is also my favorite thing about working here What is your idea of a perfect day My perfect day would start off on a Saturday morning with some ginger tea sitting on my porch with my dogs Then maybe making my way over to some thrift stores and antique shops I would spend hours browsing through stores and goodies To end my day I would have a beachside dinner with some great food and great friends I am not picky and I have many versions of the perfect day but this is one of them
