GETTING TO KNOW YOU ADRIANA LOPEZ Welcome My OTR Family to My About Me My name is Adriana Lopez I was Born in South Central Los Angeles CA as my mom was visiting my aunt and I just could not wait to see the world or for her to get back home I was raised in Orange County CA where I have lived most of my life As of 3 years now I reside in Riverside CA but I will always be an OC girl I have been working since I was 16 years old in the field of client care from working at Choc call center in Highschool to finishing a trade in medical billing coding and transcripts I was sent to a chiropractic office to do my internship but was not where I envisioned myself at the time Before coming to Optima I was working with a company that enrolled clients into the student loan forgiveness government programs A coworker at the time mentioned a tax relief company everyone was leaving to and I decided to apply I started in October of 2017 as an ACS Case Manager and within 2 years was offered to join the specialty team as a OIC Case Manager I love the position I m currently in My knowledge of who the IRS is has grown so much that I now don t see them as this great big claw that just comes in and takes your money My will to continue to learn from my teammates the Tax Professional as well as other departments has helped me educate our clients on understanding their debt which is why I really enjoy working at Optima as there is just not another company trying to save people s money We educate and guide clients on how to get out of this debt CULTURE could not describe Optima any better and I am privileged to be part of the culture In conclusion I have 3 children Alma 35 Armony 29 and Ethan I love to hang out with my family have movie nights BBQ attend concerts hang out with friends and just having a great time I also run an animal rescue Just kidding I just have a lot of pets 2 German Shepherds Luna and Kane 1 Schnauzer Frida 2 cats Gypsy and S more and a blue gold Macaw who belongs to my brother named Blue Thank you for reading hope to learn about you next You walk I glide
