Welcome to the first official issue of The JLG Magazine.I created this space for the ones like me — the dreamers, the doers, the ones building what they’ve never seen before. Foryears, I’ve carried visions in my heart that felt too big for the rooms I was in. And now, we’re making those visions tangible. The JLG Magazine isn’t just about business — it’s about community, purpose, elevation, and legacy. It’s for those of usnavigating entrepreneurship, motherhood, setbacks, new beginnings, and wins no one clapped for. It’s for the ones who knowtheir story isn’t over because they haven’t reached their peak yet. This initial issue is a reflection of courage, grace, and growth. It marks the start of a movement where we connect resources, build wealth, and reconsider what success looks like on our terms. To my Legacy Builders and Linkers — welcome home. Let’s build something steady.— Sherina MonètFounder, JobLink Group LLC & The JLG Magazine03
One of the hardest lessons I’ve had to learn on this journeyis how to keep moving even when you feel like you’rewalking alone. The truth is, not everyone will understandyour vision. Some people you love will act like your winsdon’t exist. Others will secretly watch and compete whilepretending to support you. And sometimes, you’ll haveseasons where no one claps for you — and you have toclap for yourself.I’ve learned that you don’t need a crowd to validate yourcalling. Your assignment was given to you, not a committee. Some of my biggest moves happened in silence, with noone cheering me on, and no one offering a hand. But Istayed focused because I knew the life I wanted for myselfand my daughters wasn’t going to build itself. It’s okay if they don’t see you yet. It’s okay if your circleshrinks when you start elevating. What matters is that yourefuse to shrink for anyone’s comfort and that you keepshowing up for yourself, even on the days when it feelsheavy. Your future self is depending on you to pushthrough.Remember: You don’t need permission. You needdiscipline. And you don’t need a room full of people to bedestined for greatness — you just need the courage to keepgoing without applause. No one is required to believe in your dreams but you. Your vision was placed in your heart for a reason — and whether people clap for you or not,you owe it to yourself to keep building. Every day you show up, even when it’s hard, you’re getting stronger. You’re breaking cycles, creatingopportunities, and building a legacy bigger than anyone around you can imagine. Stay committed, stay grounded, and trust that everything you’reworking for is already making its way to you.PERSONAL LESSON, MOTIVATIONALMESSAGE, & AFFIRMATIONwww.joblinkgroupllc.com25 July 2025Volume 1, Issue 1“DEAR BOSS: KEEP GOING” FEATUREJOBLINK GROUP LLC04Affirmation: I move with purpose, even without applause.

MONEY MOVESMONEY MOVESMoney Moves You Could Make NowIf you want your next season to look different your money habits have to shift too. It’s not just about how muchyou earn it’s about how much you manage, multiply and move your money with intention.Moves to lock in this season: Separate your money. Your personal and business finances shouldn’t share a bank account. Respect yourbusiness by treating it like one. Invest in financial literacy. Know where your money’s going, how it’s working for you and how to protect it. Set a financial goal. Not “I want more money” - but “I want to save $5,000 by December” or “I'm increasingmy business revenue by $2,000 a month.”Prioritize assets over aesthetics. The car can wait - own something that appreciate not depreciates. Automate your money. Saving retirement investments - the more you automate the less room you leavefor excuses. Money Mindset Mantra: “I attract profitable opportunities and financial blessings because I move with purpose, wisdom, and integrity.”14
