2660 12th AVENUE - NYC Estimation and Production ProcessMEETING REVIEW AND ESTIMATEAfter receiving the catalog, please discuss with EAC representative items you desire to have branded for your event.EAC will provide an excel estimate to go over the items with production schedule and payment terms.After the job is negotiated with items to meet within budget, a formal proposal will be sent by Enhance a Colour with 50% down payment.PRODUCTION SCHEDULEAverage Production schedule is 15 to 20 Business days prior to an event.Events need to be booked within 20 to 15 business days for labor.Graphics need to be received between 10-15 business days.Artwork needs to be approved within 2-3 days of receiving artwork.EAC needs 7-10 Business days to produce.If artwork and approvals are received after the time limit set within the estimate, rush charges will apply at 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% intervals on missing pieces of artwork.This will be laid out in the rst estimate on delivery schedule.PAYMENTAll projects must be paid 50% down upon approval of the event.The Remaining payment of 50% must be paid in full prior 1 day to the event.

31BRANDED FLOORINGVinyl adhesive is not allowed on the oor at The Glasshouse due to the clear coat on the oor and damaging it causes. 37CUSTOM FABRICATED SERVICESIn addition to all the brand-able items above, EAC is not limited to just these items. We have a metal, wood and lighting shop that allows us to create dimensional and custom displays, booths and rooms for whatever design you have. 38FOAM LETTERING/DISPLAYSIf you would like a center piece for your project/event, we have the ability to make large scale dimensional letters and either wrap them or paint them.
