2www.eacgs.comTHE GLASSHOUSE CHELSEA ENHANCE A COLOUR545 W 25th STREET - NYC FLOOR 14 AND 21Estimation and Production ProcessMEETING REVIEW AND ESTIMATEAfter receiving the catalog mention all items you are hoping to acquire with an EAC representative.EAC will provide an estimate in Excel with a production timeline, and payment terms will be reviewed.After approvals are made, we will send a formal proposal which requires a 50% down payment.PRODUCTION SCHEDULEThe average production schedule requires 15 to 20 business days. Events must be booked within 15 to 20 business days of an event to allow for production.Graphics must be received within 10 to15 days of the event. Artwork needs to be approved within 2 to 3 days of our receiving artwork and delivery of printed or digital proofs.EAC requires 7 to 10 business days for production alone.If artwork and/or approvals are received after the time limit set within the estimate, rush charges will apply at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% intervals on missing pieces of artwork.Timeline requirements and potential rush charges will included in the rst estimate.PAYMENTA 50% down payment is required upon approval of all projects before proceeding with any productionThe Remaining payment of 50% must be paid in full one (1) day prior to the event.
