unique. That is why we cannot always put our clients into a one size fits all
package. Below is an outline of our process and how we come to determine
our rates and services best fit for you. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN
OPTIONAL ADD ON SERVICE. IT IS NOT REQUIRED TO USE OUR
We want to meet you! This is one of the most important steps. We want to
get a good feel for your visions and what makes you tick. Are you
adventurous, book worms, animal lovers, movie freaks, and all the above?
These details are important. Next we will talk about your needs for your
wedding. How involved do you want to be? What expectations are you
looking to be met?
We will take 48 hours to develop a quote for you based off your needs. Our
quotes are based off how involved you want us in the planning process. The
more involved the higher our calculated percentage is based on your total
wedding budget. We have a minimum wedding budget requirement of
$15,000. This rate is only four our optional planning services.
Once you are able to review our quote for our services the next step is to sign
your agreement and place your non refundable deposit of 50% of your total
We meet every month to go over the planning process and gather detailed
information we need to provide you with the best experience. 90 days away
from the event we will meet every 2 weeks.
We provide you, your bridal party, and your immediate family with the
timeline of the events. We are there bright and early and stay until our
agreed upon services have been completed. We catch all those details, handle
the unexpected occurances, and ensure you enjoy the moment.
