With over 24 acres of beautiful scenery there are endless outside ceremony locations. The
rustic white washed barn, secluded wooded patch, or sun kissed fields. The options for your
ceremony are endless.
Don't worry if there is rain or its too cold for an outside ceremony. There is also other inside
options as well. Use the banquet room for a intimate ceremony of 150 or the Ballroom for
those with larger guest counts.

Do you know what guests remember the
most about weddings? The food! So, make
sure your guests are treated to amazing
cuisine!
The Eden is not your traditional caterer. The
Eden makes all cuisine in house with the best
ingredients. From the scratch made
champagne sauce to our bacon wrapped
jalapeno poppers The Eden is invested in
providing the most mouth watering meal for
your guests.
- NO SERVICE FEES!
- The Eden provides a Free tasting for 2 guests. Tasting events are held 4 times a year and are
posted on our website. All attendees must register 1 week prior to the tasting event date.
- All packages are priced for buffet style serving
-When choosing a package you may add on appetizers at an additional per person rate.
- Plated/Served dinners are an additional $5/person
- Catering includes china plates and silverware place settings
- Full head counts are due 30 days prior to the event date.
- Full payment for catering is due 14 days before the event date.
- Left over food will be provided for take home if available and suitable.
-Service is provided for the headcount only. No additional food will be available for purchase the
day of the event.

We believe that catering isn't just about feeding your guests. It is an experience. The fragrant
aromas that fill our kitchen spills out into the ballroom and greets each guests with the smells of
home. Its one of many favorite comments. "mmmmm, what smells so good?" Those senses are later
greeted with flavorful creations that wow your guests and fill everyone with warmth.
Of course we love to think outside of the box and create custom menus for our clients. Your wedding
is meant to be unique and reflect your personality. Whether that be a Chick-Fil-A inspired dinner or
grandmas famous casserole we we will turn your event into a one of a kind experience.

Bar Service Details
- No Personal or Carry In Alcohol is allowed on the property inside or outside the building. This includes
before, during, and after the wedding. Fees will be incurred when violating this policy.
- All packages will be billed at 80% head count package price. Allowing for kids and under 21 guests to
drink soft drinks for FREE.
-Bartenders are $125 each with a minimum of 2 bartenders. 1 Additional bartender when exceeding 300
guests.
- Security is $150 per office. Two officers are required when providing a Full Service Bar
-A Non-Alcohol Beverages package must be chosen if not providing a full service bar.
- Liquor is automatically served as a cash option for guests when not providing in a full service bar. If
you do not want liquor offered please let us know prior to the event.
-The Eden serves alcohol for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 5 hours per event.
- Vehicle are allowed to be left on the property from 24 hours for those who are not able to drive home.
Towing fees are applicable after 24 hours.
- The Eden requires a full head count for bar service 30 days before the event date.
- The Eden requires full payment 14 days prior to the event date.
Decor and Florals
Show up, party, and ride off into the sunset. No shopping, storing, burning
your fingers on a hot glue gun, setting up, or cleaning up your own
decorations. Sounds like a dream come true, but its more than that its a life
saver.
The Eden is skilled in event design and fresh floral arrangements. Work one
on one with our in house team to make your wedding decor dreams come true.
From back drops to table runners the sky is the limit.
We want to look through your pinterest boards, talk about your inspirations,
and then create customized designs just for you.
How Does Decor
Services Work?
Of course our decor is optional.
We welcome all designers and
floristes. However we love
working with you and want to
reflect your personalities and
style in the day you will
always remember.
Choose to use our decor no less
than 90 days before the event
and give us a call to schedule a
consultation. We will dive into
your visions and create timeless
pieces for your wedding.
If you plan on tackling your
own decor please know that we
require all candles to be in a
glass or fire safe container
higher than the flame and we
do not allow holes in the wall.
Please do not hang items from
the ceiling, draping, or
chandeliers. Also, refrain from
table confetti and confetti
cannons.
Decor Portfolio
The Eden provides a custom decor experience. Everything is designed just for you.
That means we can't fit everyone's style and decor into a package. Each piece or
design is dependent on size, florals, and design. We love Pinterest but, you don't
want your wedding to be a replica, you want it to be uniquely you.

Planning
Our moto is always that our couples are unique and your day should be
unique. That is why we cannot always put our clients into a one size fits all
package. Below is an outline of our process and how we come to determine
our rates and services best fit for you. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN
OPTIONAL ADD ON SERVICE. IT IS NOT REQUIRED TO USE OUR
FACILITY
THE CONSULTATION
We want to meet you! This is one of the most important steps. We want to
get a good feel for your visions and what makes you tick. Are you
adventurous, book worms, animal lovers, movie freaks, and all the above?
These details are important. Next we will talk about your needs for your
wedding. How involved do you want to be? What expectations are you
looking to be met?
QUOTE
We will take 48 hours to develop a quote for you based off your needs. Our
quotes are based off how involved you want us in the planning process. The
more involved the higher our calculated percentage is based on your total
wedding budget. We have a minimum wedding budget requirement of
$15,000. This rate is only four our optional planning services.
AGREEMENT
Once you are able to review our quote for our services the next step is to sign
your agreement and place your non refundable deposit of 50% of your total
quote
PLANNING PROCESS
We meet every month to go over the planning process and gather detailed
information we need to provide you with the best experience. 90 days away
from the event we will meet every 2 weeks.
WEDDING DAY
We provide you, your bridal party, and your immediate family with the
timeline of the events. We are there bright and early and stay until our
agreed upon services have been completed. We catch all those details, handle
the unexpected occurances, and ensure you enjoy the moment.

especially our couples.

that you would be supporting a local family owned business
operated by a 95% female staff.
But all that means nothing without our outstanding service
we provide to each and every one of our couples. The most
important aspect is the service you receive when you enter in
as not only our client but as our family. We care about you
and your family as if you were our own.

FAQ
- Do you have vendor restrictions?
We allow our clients to choose
their own vendors. However, The
Eden must provide the catering
and bar service in house. You may
choose your own entertainment,
photographer, bakery, and
decorator. Of course, we have
suggestions on great vendors if you
are in need of a place to start.
- What's the cancellation policy?
Upon Cancellation 100% of
whatever is paid to The Eden is
forfeited.
-Do you provide catering for those who
have food allergies?
Of course! Please let us know ahead of
time so we can prepare separate meals.
- Where is the closest hotel?
The best part about our property is that
we are secluded and private. The closest
hotel is New haven Holiday Inn
directly off 469.
- Do you have any hidden fees?
No, we do not have hidden fees. We do
not charge service or gratuity fees. We
are subject to charge 7% Indiana tax
and 1% Allen country food and
beverage tax.
We hope you LOVE The Eden as much as we do. Planning a wedding takes time and a lot of
energy. We want to make it as easy and as stress free as possible. The first step is to reach out to
us with any further questions. Once you are ready to dive into the wedding planning you will need
to reserve your date!
To reserve your date at The Eden it is a $500 deposit at the time of signing your agreement. An
additional $500 is due 3 months after signing and the remaining of your rental payment is due 90
days before the wedding.
To sign your agreement, reach out to us and let us know you are ready to sign and put your deposit
down. You will have two options.
1. Come into our office to sign the agreement and put your first deposit down either cash, check,
or credit card. We will take that time to go over the agreement with you and answer any questions
that you may have.
2. For those who are unable to come into the office feel free to let us know and we can email you a
"click sign" agreement. The deposit can then be paid with a credit card online.
