Weekend Snapshots
This weekend wasn’t as eventful as previous weekends. If you
know me, I tend to hibernate in the winter so I become such a
homebody. As I mentioned, I’m in charge of the hot chocolate
bar at work so I wanted to show you some of the fun creations
my Mom and I made.
I don’t typically do DIY posts but let me know if you would like
me to include some of the things I make on the blog! Here’s a
sneak peek at some of the items I made for the hot chocolate
bar. Full reveal coming this Friday on my IG and Snapchat!
Won Fun Chinese Dual restaurant Won Fun
Chinese and 2 Fun Chinese is officially open! I
personally would like to call it the sexiest new
restaurant in town because the décor is breathtaking.
For those of you who love Sichuan food, then you are
in heaven. While the food is getting rave reviews the
cocktails are equally as impressive. Definitely check
this out but be careful, you may accidentally walk pass
it so look for the flickering Chinese Food sign. Full
review coming this week to the blog!
Rejuvenation Portland based Rejuvenation is now
gracing the Chicago with its presence. For those
looking to take their interior decorating up a notch,
Rejuvenation has some of the best selections of
unique lighting. While lighting can be an afterthought,
Rejuvenation shows just how important lighting is to
a home. Dont expect to see your run of the mill lights
here so its worth checking out if you want to impress
your friends with your finely tuned decorating skills.
Fifolet Cajun & Cocktails For those of you who
want to feel like youve been transported to New

Isnt it crazy that Christmas is less than 2 weeks away! Still
cant get over that. This is mainly a list of fun things to do
and activities worth checking out this Holiday season.
Whether you are still looking for gifts or you want to
impress some visitors coming to town, I made sure to have
you 100% covered. Without further ado, here are my 12 days
of Christmas!
1. Joffrey Ballet's The Nutcracker Lets face it, not
everyone got Hamilton tickets but it wouldnt be the
Holidays without a trip to the theater. Head to the
Auditorium Theater to see the newly updated Joffrey
Ballets The Nutcracker. This year, the adaptation takes
place in Chicago’s world fair so its a must see. Its great for
the entire family, plus you can’t go wrong with The
Nutcracker. You can buy tickets HERE.
2. The Magic Flute You know I’m a huge proponent of
introducing little ones to the Opera so The Magic Flute is
the perfect outing for the Holidays. Mozarts endearing tale
features classic songs that the whole family can enjoy. Plus
when has the Lyric ever steered you wrong? The Magic
Flute has shows till January 27th. Buy tickets HERE.
3. 12 Days of Free Dance with Vaudezilla The Holidays
are definitely the perfect time to let go of all your
inhibitions. The year is about to end so do something youve
never done before. This is why you should check out
Vaudezillas Free 12 Days of Dance. For 12 Days, Vaudezilla
is offering tons of flirty and sexy free burlesque classes.
This is great for you and your friends who are looking to let
your freak flag fly! Thank me later. Sign up for
classes HERE.
Thank you for reading!
I hope you all have a fantastic
Holiday season. I'll be spending
lots of time with my family and

consistent as I should have
been on the blog but I just
wanted to thank you all so
much for supporting and
reading this blog.
Lots of exciting changes are in
store for 2017 and I'm excited to
take you along with me on this
