Cause For Concern ECTs / Leaving ECTsIf you have a concern about the progress that your ECTis making or if you have an ECT who is leaving at the endof this term and there is no report showing for you tocomplete. Please email : catherine.root@tgtsh.org.uk ECT ReportsThe report window has opened, with a deadline ofsubmission of Friday 6th December. Please note that formost ECTs this will be a Progress Review . However, theremay be some ECTs who are at a different point in theirinduction journey and for whom it will therefore be an endof year 1 or final assessment. Details of how to check thishave been sent to Induction Tutors but if you think that theincorrect template is showing for your ECT, please contactus. The majority of ECTs will have a report in this window. However, reports are completed at the end of an ECT'sterm, not necessarily the academic year term. For example,if you have an ECT who started at the October half termthen they will not have their first report until the Februaryhalf term (when their first full term was completed).Support materials and guidance for completing reportshave been sent to Induction Tutors. Please contactcatherine.root@tgtsh.org.uk if you have further queries. Thank you for all the workthat has been going onwith regard to registeringyour ECTs and helpingthem to settle into theirnew setting.Appropriate Body
