FIRST TWO WEEKS Company onboarding• Complete Patterson onboarding documents in Workday (typically completed within the first few days of hire)• Obtain access to Seismic via IT ServiceNow request • Ensure you have necessary logins for commonly used applications (reviewed in Getting You Ready to Sell course) • Familiarize yourself with Patterson’s marketing supply site, ConvergeTASKS TO COMPLETE
FIRST 30 DAYS Company onboarding• Make benefits elections in Benefitsolver within 30 days of benefit eective date (1st of month) • Order business cards with your manager • Review and sign o on company policies as directed by your manager • Attend new hire orientation (onsite or virtual) information and training• Review Seismic training resources (located on Seismic Companion Animal Learning Community page on sidebar) • Watch Experience Patterson’s Values Through the Eyes of Our People & Customers (videos on Companion Animal Learning Community landing page) TASKS TO COMPLETE
