As we transition into Year 2, we build upon the foundational work of the first year. The focus nowshifts towards the implementation of crucial training programs. Unconscious bias training will berolled out for all staff, supplemented by second-tier training for supervisory and managerial levels todeepen knowledge and promote inclusive leadership. Additionally, in partnership with HumanResources (HR), our equity and inclusion efforts will extend to job description review, ensuring theyincorporate inclusive language and promote diversity in candidate pools.Year 2 also introduces strategic initiatives aimed at building diverse talent pipelines. Simultaneously,a pilot program for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) will be initiated, cultivating anotheropportunity for inclusion and belonging.In our first year of implementing the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) roadmap,significant strides were made.
